Have never had a bad experience there. Staff is awesome and the doctor covers everything you want and need to know thoroughly. Been going there for years and would recommend to everyone!

Not impressed and won’t go back. When you don’t listen to your patients it’s not good. When your office is falling apart, dirty and old it’s a sign When the front desk is full of washed up staff then it’s a sign. When you treat people like a number, that’s very telling

He is too busy for anyone and he doesn't take very much time with you. The office is dirty, the front desk people are rude and unhelpful. One lady was talking to a family member while people waited.

I hate doing this I have been a patient of Dr. Schaaf for a good number of years, even when he first started his practice. He's been great with both myself my wife even my older children. I have a number of health problems most related to my back. i have a great deal of pain daily the doctor has tried any number of ways to relive the pain himself but with little success. He sent me to a pain clinic which tried four different treatment's which didn't work either the pain doesn't allow me to live a full life anymore. When I called Dr. Schaafs this week to make appointment to talk with him I was told i couldn't get in for over a month. If I needed to see a doctor sooner I was told to go to a walk in clinic or the ER which we all know they will give you a quick look over give you a pain med scrip and tell you to follow up with your doctor. The Doctors are great and so is the staff but they are never open. This is Monday morning and I called at 11 o’clock and said that they were closed. They close at 11 o’clock on Wednesdays and Fridays also. So how much good are they??

previously seeing the partner MD that retired (WE SAW AS A FAMILY WITH 7 kids for many) replacement doc quit, the staff had an office person fired, drama. I changed a tire with my broken arm (broke 3 weeks before this appt) after only being to partners office once previous never late before. Called the night before They said they had an opening with nurse practitioner (I had already met at the first appointment). The office clerk said well we are too busy and you are (she said 15) 13 min late, you will Need to reschedule, not a car in the parking lot and when called back placed me on hold forever when asking to speak to the doctor. She forgot the first time I came months prior they apologized for the nurse practitioner for being so behind. They didn’t worry about my heart just said reschedule. The doctor said if I don’t like that response I’m not the only doctor in town and not Dr Arnold). I also had brought my son to see if they could work him in autistic & severe inner ear dizzy

Can’t rate the Doctor never met him ..Only the Staff, I had an emergency equipment fail happen on a Friday called first thing in the AM Monday soon as they open 8 hrs later they still have not faxed my prescription. I could die in my sleep and there seems to be no empathy care from the staff. Would not allow me to leave a message for the Dr, or nurse practitioner or RN in office . Said they are busy and sorry. Very excellent Dr whole family has gone there through the years. Right on key. Warm caring Dr , and same with staff.

Overprescribed vicodin to a 17 year old, fueling his addiction, this was when he was practicing near commerce/waterford.

Best doctor and staff around!!

Dr. Schaaf and his staff are amazing!!! I'm Never rushed and I have been taking my family for years.

If their was a Medical group I could call or write I would. Dr. Schaaf is the best family Doctor I have known. At 69 years old I consider myself as his POSTER CHILD. He cares about all of us, takes time to hear our problems and then set a planto cure us. Over the years I consider Doc. as one of my closest friends. Please honor him with a humanitarian award

Have to do a "Meet and Greet" first - which is about two months out. Then to even schedule an appt, they are out until July 2020.

Dr. Schaff is the best doctor I have ever had. To start when you have an appointment scheduled that’s when you are seen, not 2-3 hrs later. His staff are absolutely wonderful and pleasant. Dr. Schaff is very attentive and takes every concern seriously. He never makes you feel like he’s in a hurry. Very personable and easy to talk to. I recommend him to everyone I know. ???????????????? One of the most caring and genuine doctors I’ve ever met. I will not go to any other primary care doctor after having Dr. Schaaf in charge of my care.

I love the caring in this office from the Doctor to the staff. Very glad I found him, I was on a search for a good Doctor after mine had retired it took me two years and 4 different Doctors, very happy I found him.

Dr Schaaf is wonderful! He really listens to his patients and is very down to earth and easy to talk to. We wouldn't have left, but our insurance changed and we were forced to.
