He was absolutely awesome!! He did the surgery on my daughters arm (8 years old) and placed 3 pins. He was very informative about what was going to happen before and after the surgery was done and has been great about keeping us updated when we go for visits! Great doctor Highly recommend Dr Turner . I played football in the past and he has done all 3 of my shoulder surgeries and made sure I knew everything I needed to know to prepare before surgery, what will happen during surgery, and what to expect after!

Please stay very far away from this practice! My family member had a total knee replacement in June. The incision was wide open when she left rehab facility. Two months later...after going back and forth to his office twice a week...she has a raging infection and has just undergone her 3rd surgery and is facing another stay in a rehab facility with several more surgeries in her future...if she is able to save this knee! Dr Turner agreed to see me rather quickly for which I was grateful - I had been suffering with my LEFT shoulder for some time! He ordered an EMG and an MRI. When I went back to see him, I waited 1 hour and 49 minutes! He came in said that I had a torn rotator cuff and would operate on my RIGHT shoulder. I had just enough time to tell him that it was my LEFT shoulder before he handed me a pamphlet saying it could explain the procedure better than he could and he proceeded to walk me to the scheduling nurse! My surgery was scheduled for 8 am at Ft Sanders and I was told to arrive by 6am. When I did my pre-op at the hospital, they said my surgery was scheduled for 9:45 am, but to go ahead and arrive at the time the doctor's office told me. Day of surgery, I saw Dr Turner for 90 seconds before my procedure - just long enough for him to write "yes" on my LEFT shoulder. Thank God!!! After surgery, Dr Turner spoke with my husband and told him to bring me to his office in 6 days for suture removal. I called to get an appointment for suture removal and couldn't get 1 for 14 days. I went in today for my appointment and waited 10 minutes before being moved to an examination/procedure room. I waited a full 45 minutes on the HARD examination table with NEVER beeing offered a seat in the side chair as I usually am considering I suffer major back and spinal issues. Then I simply left - passing the staff that I had been hearing laughing and joking in the hall during my 45 minute wait!!! doctor Turner is an excellent doctory kind and considerate I would recommend him to anyone who needs surgery

Dr Turner was the first person i saw almost 10 years ago after a car wreck i was in. My wrist was shattered into the shape of an S and i had no bone left in tact. I still remember how calm he made me feel when he told me I had to go into emergency surgery. Now I've had 4 ortho surgeries and I've traveled from Atlanta and Florida just go see Dr. Turner. Dr. Turner does not deserve one star. But anyway my experience with him was horrible he did a crappie job. We took our son to him to help my son stretch his legs and opened them but he left his legs worse than what he had them and not just that but he put the cast so tight on my son that it cut the back of his tight and it's been a month since he got the cast taken off and it still looks bad and now we have to go threw another surgery but we will never go to dr. Turner again, and what it's sad also that both of my sons legs are out of socket and he didn't put them back in cause he said it was pointless to put them back cause it's not like my son walks anyways.
