This place is so unprofessional just wants your money. The staff is rude and doesnt not know what is going on half the time. I do not recommend anybody go to this office u would be highly disappointed

DON'T GO HERE!!! They dont give you any information at the check out! I talked to doctor and got told one thing and the check out person completely forgot to order a pair of my contacts and now theyre saying there was miscommunication but this is something where they shouldnt mess up someomes EYES. Horrible practice. They lack communication, professionalism, honestly I don’t know how they’ve made it this long. The front desk Danielle is a joke, no idea what she’s doing. The manager is completely unqualified, rude and needs to be trained on how to be more transparent and LISTEN to what the patient needs or have concerns about. What a nightmare office. Set up new appointment with ease and I even had to reschedule with no concerns. Office staff were helpful and friendly. Doc was great! Examined everything he found so I could understand what was going on with my vision. Chatted about friendly chit chat. Made to feel very comfortable. I recommend this doc!

I’ve been a customer here for over 20 years. Dr. Williams was always great…High quality and good value from a small, local business. Sadly, the business has been sold and just about everything good about the business went with him. The quality and value are gone…replaced with arrogant and rude upper management. Now with two other locations, they care more about the bottom line than customer care. I ordered my lenses in May and told two weeks. Then, I got the runaround for 4 additional weeks. I picked them up to later find out they were both cut wrong. The only thing they offered was a $50 credit towards my next purchase…no discount offered. Now, it’s august because the only day I can get in there with my work schedule is Saturday…and the new management cut Saturday hours. Long story long, we’re now in between a dispute with my bank and trying to get money back for the second set of lenses that they can no longer get. I have been a customer for 20 years and will never be back because of the new management and their ridiculous “protocols” as they put it. I’ve been a customer here for over 20 years. Wonderful optometrist with a wonderful and knowledgeable staff.

Been going here for many years actually my grandma seen him while she was alive.

I love the staff there. They're all nice. My daughter and I have been with Dr Williams for at least the past 4 years now.

Friendly staff. Doctor is thorough. I will return.

The staff is always friendly, welcoming and so helpful. Fast service, never much of a wait for a appointment and my glasses are usually done in within a week.
