Dr. Allen and staff are professional, friendly, and patient. My 8 year old looks forward to going. The office is clean and comfortable. We always get the best care. I recommend Dr. Allen for people of all ages.

Dr. Grimes is the VERY BEST dentist. His staff are wonderful, friendly, and our entire family are patients.

Have not needed to have a filling done in a long time, but thankful to have Dr. Grimes and his staff doing mine. Quality and efficiency, I was done in 30 minutes with very little discomfort if any. Very pleased with their service as always. Thank you!

I am very disappointed with this place. I saw good review and decided to give it a try. My experiences were HORRIBLE????. Its been 3 times they still didn’t get my permanent crown right. Every time was 1.5 torture. My gum healed, then tortured, over and over. I am so sad and in pain. When I got home I cried for 20 mins feeling unlucky. I am so … so the first time permanent crown they made was too small( big gap in between). Second time, the crown was too long on bottom and it poked my gum swollen. Now, I decided to give up. I am not coming back for anymore torture. Going to see different dentist. The assistant who has a 2 years old boy, she talks too much during the visit which is very unprofessional. She Talks about personal things/ carrying a long conversation. Excuse me, I am not paying to hear you to talk about yourself. Dr. Allen to me, I consider her a SUPER horrible dentist. I don’t know what did she do to deserve this many good reviews. I am sorry, I absolutely hate this place. Would NEVER recommend this place to any friend and family!!! It was a great appointment. No waiting and Dr. Allen was able to also work in my wife for a quick crown impression.

Dr. Grimes and all his staff were so kind and accommodating. Dr. Grimes took the time to go over my exam thoroughly, listen to and answered all my many questions.

All levels of staff are friendly and courteous from check-in to check-out. Very timely, rarely have to wait in the waiting room for appointments. Following good COVID precautions.

Dr. Allen and her staff always provide excellent care and strive to make each dental experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I have an autoimmune condition that makes my gums extra sensitive and prone to bleeding. Cassandra takes special care and time to clean my teeth with minimal bleeding and pain.

I had a crown come loose and they were able to schedule me in for an appointment within one day of my call. They were efficient and informative about the process of putting the crown back on the tooth.

Excellent care. Have not been here in >10 years. Picked up where we left off when I lived in this area and Dr. Allen was our dentist. She graciously gave me an appointment in conjunction with my dentist in Omaha, NE for work I needed continued. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!!
