Dr. Brooks is an excellent Doctor. He's very kind and answers all my questions. His staff is very professional.

For my first appointment they brought a whole gallery in the room without my permission. I was young and inexperienced I felt so exposed and uncomfortable. Lack of regard for patient confidentiality. Horrible experience will never return.

No receptionist , it is not OKmadeI have 300 calls since this morning and nobody answered the phone

NO one answers the phone? I’ve been trying to get a hold of my results!

Fantastic Dr and great staff

After a bad experience with another OBGYN I found Dr Brooks. I was having problems to get pregnant and he helped with that. During all the prenatal consultations (2 pregnancies) he was very patient to answer all my questions and easy my anxieties. Not just a good doctor but also a nice person who is positive and caring. My first pregnancy I had a emergency c section and he was amazing. Our second child we also did a c section as a precaution and he was amazing again!! After a bad experience with a doctor I found Doctor Brooks. I was having problems to get pregnant and he helped with that. During all the prenatal consultations (2 pregnancies) he was very patient to answer all my questions and easy my anxieties. Not just a good doctor but also a nice person who is positive and caring. Rude dr, he is only after big profits

I seen Dr Brooks on November 16th 2018 and he diagnosis me with life altering condition never following up to see how i was nor if i had any side affects from prescriptions he gave me. I feel that he was very cold and unprofessional. I want other woman to know so they don't go through what i did.

Great doctor! He delivered all 5 of my kids and was always avaliable for me when I needed him. Couldn't ask for more.

Best Doctor God Bless him always !!! He was there for my delivery and did a great job... He also checked up on me to make sure i was ok and the baby, i appreciate him...

Dr Brooks is an excellent doctor. He performed my surgery with no complications. I highly recommend him for any gynecological issues you may have. He answers all of your questions and is efficient and well known at Providence Holy Cross.

Dr Brooks was the delivering doctor for our first baby. He is fantastic in every way. If you get Mr Brooks as a doctor, you are in good hands. Very calm & collected, and commands his craft quite effectively. He coached my wife through pregnancy & delivery. He then whilst all 7 people in the room in the room was talking and playing with the baby and talking, proceeded to handle the surgical aspect with perfection. Very receptive and intelligent Doctor. Thank you Sir! All 3 of us love you.

I waited 30 minutes to see the doctor then when I did a student came in and was no help since she was a student. Then the both the doctor and the student went back and forth talking about my condition and was not informing me anything. I was in the office for an hour and a half. They came up with a conclusion I could have endometriosis which is a very painful cramping during my period and I last seen them 4 weeks ago. They told me I would need a shot to control the hormones and it could help with the pain. With that being said as it was 4 weeks ago, I called my insurance provider to see if the authorization for the shot went through. They then told me they did not receive any authorization request. I called Dr Brooks office and went straight the voicemail the first three times I called. When I asked them why they did not send out the authorization they stated they weren't sure how it did not get sent out. This was really unprofessional because I do too work in the medical field and we are very careful when it comes to our patients because we are very concerned with their health and want to help them in the best possible manner. I went through months of issues trying to change my insurance to make sure I had Dr.Brooks as my doctor. He's an amazing doctor and takes you through every step of the pregnancy and delivery with explanation of everything. My husband and I are looking forward to this May when he delivers a second child for us. AWESOME doctor!!!
