Numerous times I've had my appointments changed without knowledge, no email, text or call. Appointments have taken 4-5 HOURS, mainly because I'm waiting. I've seen patients wating that long also, brimging their lunch, glucose testers, etc. Absolutely shameful way to treat patients. I called and talked to office supervisors, no changes in the unprofessional behaviors of staff. DO NOT UTILIZE THEM. I'm finding a new eye specialist today! Which is sad because I really like my regular eye doctor Northwest eye clinic. But they only refer patients to this horrendous outfit.

I think Dr Feldman is extremely competent and a very good communicator with her patients

Dr. Feldmann is professional, personable and an extremely knowledgeable and competent retina physician.

I have seen doctor Feldman for many years. I absolutely love her. She gives me so much good information and a lot of support always.

Dr. Feldmann has been my Mom’s retina physician for approximately 7 years. My Mom suffered 2 ocular strokes 18 months apart from each other. I have had the honor and pleasure to accompany my mother to various appointments. Dr. Feldmann is so kind, gentle, funny, knowledgeable and caring. I would not want my Mother’s eyes in anyone else’s hands. The only reason she can see today because of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Keep making a difference.

Dr Feldmann is truly competent as a retinoloist, does an excellent job in explaining both diagnosis and treatment, and gracious with her patient - me!

Dr. Feldmann is a caring, compassionate professional who stays on top of the latest treatment options for my diabetic retinopathy and I have nothing but good things to say about her and her staff.

Doctor and Staff are very attentive and words are genuine when addressing my questions and concerns.

She is an expert in her field and very pleasant. We think that NWE is great, but hate the wait times.

About a year ago, 3 days after my second eye of cataract surgery I had to call in for a problem. Dr. Feldman was on call that day. She met me in her office(it was a Sunday) and promptly decided I need emergency surgery. She made calls and immediately sent me to the Phillips Eye institute. Without her expertise, professionalism and very kind disposition, I might have lost vision completely. I cannot thank her enough for the care I received that day. I continue to see her for follow ups and each time I feel that without her swift response that day things would be very different. Thank you again!

Was pleased they were able to get an appointment worked in for me. Had to cancel previous appt as had fractured bone in my back. Still experiencing problems. My appt went well and my son was able to hear about my problems. Dr Feldman seem to have my problems under control. Was a good visit.

My visits are always great,she always has a smile and always upbeat. She tells me everything about how my eyes are doing and never holds anything back.

My whole experience was amazing. The staff was very courteous and efficient. I felt that each procedure was very thorough and the staff was so informative. Dr. Feldman was equally as thorough. She also made me feel like her patient answering all of my questions and focusing solely on me. My visit couldn’t have been any better.

Dr. Feldmann and staff are the greatest. I have AMD in the right eye and require eyelea injections every 8 weeks. Dr. Feldmann's evaluation each visit is thorough and she informs me of conditions in a manner that is clear and understandable. Her staff is very friendly, also thorough, and professional.

I had to have needles in my eye and I am scared to death of having anything done with my eyes and of needles!!! But with the doctors help and kindness and patience I made it through it!!!! They treat me like a human with a soul!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else or trust ANYONE else!!!! God Bless them all!!!!

Extremely professional in how she works, yet personable. She answers all my questions and explains what she is doing as she is doing it. I could not imagine myself in better care than with Dr. Feldmann.

Everyone that works in this clinic is so nice. Always feel comfortable when I go here, and I generally hate going to the doctors office. Would highly recommend people go see these doctors.
