This is my 3rd pregnancy. have been seeing Granoff for 16 yrs he truly is the best doctor wouldn't trade him for anything

Dr. Granoff is by far the best OB/GYN I've ever had. He's the only one I'll ever go to again. He's great for high risk pregnancy and regular pregnancy. He takes Medicaid as well which is wonderful!

My wife has recently been coming here. The office and staff are highly incompetent and rude. They have gave nothing but grief and told lies to us. The doctor is cold and dismissive. Long wait times and then short appointments where dr. Martin Granoff will just rush you through. STAY AWAY

I love the doctors here but the staff is almost making me not want to come back. I had issues with my insurance and the girl on the phone is just so incredibly rude. This wasn’t the first negative encounter I’ve had with her either. Haven’t met a person that goes here and hasn’t had a problem with her. Very unprofessional and I hope they get rid of her. I forgot my mask at home and politely asked her if she had one behind the desk and before giving it to me she said in a very rude tone “don’t you have one in the car” I didn’t, wish she handled this situation better.

Dr lee is terrible she’s very insensitive and unprofessional. I went there to talk to her about my postpartum situation and about my weight gain and she completely got frustrated with me, got up and said “this is why I don’t do weight loss management you need to see dr G” with so much attitude & left the room! Front desk receptionists make your visit awkward. They check you in and then forget and have you waiting for 2 hours. Dr Lee is rude and has a bad attitude. Totally recommend Dr Granoff or Dr Flores.

I've been going to this office since 2017 and the staff is just rude. I used to think "oh maybe they are having a bad day" but EVERY TIME? Dr. Flores is very unprofessional. This man made me feel very uncomfortable and I refused to be seen by him after that horrible experience I had with him. I used to see Dr. Granoff afterwards. I thought he cared about the patients but little did I know. He refused to fill out an approval form for a medication that HE PRESCRIBED TO ME. He was rude to my pharmacist and said he did not care if I had to pay the $350 dollars of the medication since my insurance would not cover it if he didn't fill out the form. Last time I was there he did blood work on me and told me to call in two days. I called for three weeks trying to get my results and he would not take my call or return them. The medical staff is very good. I have been attending your clinic for about 8 years. Today I am very disappointed in the person they have answering the phone, she seems to me a rude person and does not know anything about customer service. My experience with Dr Granoff and Dr Lee was great! I've been coming here since 2014. I fell very comfortable when I get my annual check up with them. Always kind and make me fell like they really care about me.

Made to wait in a dingy reception area packed with other unhappy patients for 65 minutes. (I probably would have waited an additional 15 minutes before face-to-face contact with Dr. Granoff). Upon informing the reception staff that I needed to leave to pickup my child and did not in fact wish to reschedule as the wait time was unacceptable, a different employee had the audacity to snidely comment she thought the wait time was “good” as she typically had to wait much longer for her own appointments. I am certain, that I was not wasting my time to hear her opinion. A good patient/ doctor relationship starts with mutual respect a tenet that is clearly not held in high esteem at this practice. Look elsewhere.

I saw Dr. Granoff for the birth of my second child and the experience was very good. He was very good at delivering and compared to my first child I barely had any tears. This made such a huge difference because with my first child I had pain from the birthing tear for almost a year. With my second I had no pain at all post birth. My sister recommended me to Dr. Granoff, I’m 25 now and have been seeing him for 4 years he’s amazing! His staff can be a little annoying at times but I would put up through anything to be his patient.

Let me start off by saying that I only started being under Dr, Granoff's care when I was 38 1/2 weeks pregnant after my midwife dumped me (because she was worried about the COVID 19 risk to herself as she was elderly, not because I risked out) and I made my first appt with his staff as I was hysterically crying. I am not kidding you when I say that the biggest blessing of my entire pregnancy was my midwife leaving me in his care. Dr. Granoff, from the very first visit, helped calm me down immensely with regards to the last minute change. He also got along amazingly with my family and I, and he really did good on his promise to help me give an unmedicated birth with as few interventions as possible. I wish he had been my Dr the entire pregnancy but now I know for the next one which office I'll be going to. Completely worth the one hour drive from Queens!

Very knowledgeable doctor

The best doctor ever !! He’s is all about his patients and it’s never about the money !! Honestly if I could rate 100 I would !! Definitely recommend dr granoff

I absolutely recoomend Dr. G. I have been seeing him since 2005 or so. Delivered my two girls and it was the best experience one could have! I love the fact that he believes in a100% natural delivery. He is all about his beliefs and not financially. The only OBGYN i truly trust.. .

Dr. Lee is very kind and compassionate. She speaks calmly and is very reassuring. Dr. Granoff has a great sense of humor and both are extremely knowledgeable. The only reason I would not continue going here is because of the front desk receptionist’s attitude. I’d like to consider myself friendly and respectful. As I leave my appointments I make sure at the front that I had done everything they needed and she just stares back like I have 10 heads wondering what I’m still doing there. Dr granoff is one of the only doctors who believe in TOLAC for basically all women. Hes the reason I was able to have a flawless vba2c his front desk can be friendly sometimes. But granoff really makes the experience your own. Highly recommend.

Dr. Granoff is amazing! He is the only doctor that I trust. I actually look forward to my visits and make an hour drive—it’s so worth it. I have 5 children and wish I had met him earlier for all the pregnancies! Awesome man and can’t say enough about him!!! He came highly recommended from my friend and I’m glad I listened!

The young girls at the front desk are rude and there’s a dozen of other doctors in Long Island worth seeing for OBGYN where you do not have to deal with their attitudes as well as when they have a lack of staff and do not return phone calls. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Dr G has delievered all 3 of my children.. I will never change him.. He is truly the best!

Words can never really express how grateful I am for this DR! He delivered my healthy twins after having a very tough pregnancy. Was never expecting to make it full term, but I did and it’s all thanks to Dr. G and his staff. I recommend him to everyone.

Was so worried about having to go to a less than stellar Dr with Medicaid insurance and loved this Dr so much more than the doctor who delivered my first, with top rate insurance. He was very open, very cool, and understanding in so many ways. I traveled an hour for each appt with a 1&½-2 year old but it was worth it. Dr. Granoff is incredibly easy to talk to and has a great way of making you feel at ease. His office staff has very little turn over and is very patient and gracious. I love that he's not motivated financially, but only by what he thinks is necessary and right for you. THIS IS A DOCTOR WHO TRULY LISTENS TO YOUR NEEDS. I've been with him for 12 years, through early teens, dating, getting married, and now my first baby. Don't know what I'd do without him! Can't say enough good things.

Dr G is an amazing doctor. He is knowledgeable and caring. The combo of him and Dr Lee is amazing. I had to induce labor and after 40 hours had an emergency c section. Dr G had the baby out in 5 minutes and my scar is so small he is practically an artist. My husband still tries to figure out how they got the baby out of that small cut. The office is staff is very nice. I had a sono at almost every visit which was amazing. I highly t commend Dr G or Dr Lee.
