Such a down to earth office and Doctor. Everyone at Swaid Clinic is very professional. Dr Jones really takes the time to get to know you and your history before deciding on a direction. He did my L5/S1 fusion a little over 4 years ago after dealing with 10 years of increasing pain and numbness. Surgery was so effective that I'm now able to run 5k's weekly. Thank you again and would recommend Dr Jones!

Doctor Jones is A Very Good Doctor He Did A Back Surgery On Me And Corrected My Back Where Some One Else Had Did A Bad Job,However He Immediately straighten it out and I have not had any problems with my back since that time I would say he’s an excellent doctor excellent bedside manners very professional and so is all of his staff. I would recommend him any day to my family and friends he also have a very friendly attitude which is great I’m hoping one day I will be able to use him again in the near future thank you so much for being a great person and a great human being again thank you so much

He did not help me at all. He was condescending and rude. I have had multiple spine surgeries and read he was a good doctor to see but he offered no help. On my second appointment with him he completely went against what he had told me in the first visit. I left not knowing what to believe.

I have used Dr Jones for several years for both injury to my Cervical Spine (Neck) and lower Lumbar spine. 2 Surgeries to my neck C3,C4,C5, and now Fusions from L2 through SI (4 procedures) All of my procedures wound up being repaired and no lingering problem. The last injury L2 required Fusion and hardware along with an "A"lift procedure in my pelvis (Tiger Woods Procedure) This is the only surgery where I came out of surgery no better than when I went in. Dr. Jones explained this to me before going in and I accepted the risk. We are still looking at other treatment options that do not require additional surgery. I have found that Dr. Jones will not operate on you unless it is medically necessary and the outcome has a better than good chance of improving the condition. He is not the type of Dr. who continues to write scripts for pain medication like a lot of patients want to get. Find another Dr if that is your desire. His office staff is always very friendly and professional.

Lumbar spine. Have referred many to him for lumbar and cervical. All are overwhelmed with his surgery and results.

Poor....was very dismissive and offered no treatment plan. I am raving severe hip and back pain. He was quick to point out my age as a factor, The staff was very pleasant.

If you are desirous of a doc that walks on water and parted the red sea then this is the doc for you. We all want the best care for our children. My Daughter has been dealing with some issues with scoliosis and it affects her hips and her quality of life. This doc was arrogant and dismissive and stated something like " You're 24, what could possibly be wrong with you". He was of no help whatsoever and offhandedly suggested an MRI. I work hard for my money and specialist co-pays are expensive.

After surgery on my lower spine my incision would not heal completely. He saw me weekly and looked at the wound and never treated it or had a culture done on the fluid coming out of the wound. After many weeks of his looking at the wound and saying it would heal, he sent me to a wound specialist. It was shortly after that I was admitted into the emergency room for a bacterial infection at the wound site. There is so much more I could tell you about this man but suffice it to say, don't trust him

Have seen 2 different doctors in Birmingham area who told me that nothing could be done for my lower back pain. Dr. Jones recommended a procedure and 3 months later I felt like an entirely new person. Seeing this doctor was one of the best decisions I have made in my life.

After arriving 1 hour prior to my appointment, we were seen pretty quickly. But after that, everything went downhill. I was seeing him due to a back injury and subsequent surgery by another dr. He came in, read to me what the other dr. wrote, and told me there was nothing he could do. I was still having major pain, and he didn't even examine me. He just kept saying he would gladly recommend me to someone else as he walked out the door. Total time he was in the room..5mins. Total waste of time.

Not very good left without any hope.ask me if i came there looking for surgery.I said no because he said I didn't need it.which was good but my back is still hurting.
