We took both of my adolescent children here when we first moved to the area as Dr. Rocha is the only pediatrician up here. He did not seem engaged at all with our children and only spoke directly to me. He did not ask about their history or if we had any concerns and left shortly after I saw him .We requested a referral for a dermatologist to get warts evaluated/removed from my daughter's hands After months of calling for updates and getting nowhere plus concerns we had about things we heard (I won't specify as they're heresay) from other families and health professionals up here we eventually changed doctors. Now we have to take our kids 45 minutes away because of a lack of options. Very dissatisfied. We have been going to dr rocha for 12 years he is the best pediatrician most caring and loving very professional and i highly recommend him to everyone.

Had a great experience with all the staff. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The waiting time was not long. Doctor is also very knowledgable and listens to all your concerns , he's not rushing you like some other experiences I've had in the past at other offices. Also and most importantly my kids feel comfortable with the Doctor Rocha. So glad I found them here in the mountains so I don't have to make the long drive down the hill. I love this office, Dr. Rocha is great with kids and the staff is always friendly. This is the only pediatrician I trust with my kids.

Dr. Rocha has cared for my son for 13 years. He is thorough and his staff are so sweet! Our insurance changed, and now we see the doctor cash because he is out of network. He is worth it to us. He is the best doctor up here!

This pediatrician discriminates against non/under-vaccinated children. Won't take them into their practice despite family history of vaccine injury. Will not even see my children to evaluate for a medical exemption based on our family history. I'm guessing he is a one-size-fits-all medicine doctor who doesn't care about the individual child's risk for vaccine adverse reactions. #badDoc #VaxXed I will file complaint with the medical board #ReportNegelect If you child was harmed with a vaccine adverse reaction, make sure they do not OMIT it from the child's medical record and that they report it to #VAERS the federal Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System. Friendly staff, I can always get in when my child is sick.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Rocha. I have always been able to get my kids in to see him when they are sick and to the person that thinks he doesn't take unvaccinated children? that is not true because my daughter is partially vaccinated and my son isn't at all. Also, if my child was sick enough for me to have to call the doctor over the weekend I would have taken them to urgent care or the ER, sorry. I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Rocha. Dr. Rocha cares for his patients as people not numbers. He really loves his work and the children. He goes to work every day to help the community and make a positive impact on his patients. I highly recommend him and feel my children are healthier having him as their doctor.

My kids have been going to see Dr. Rocha for over 10 years. He's awesome, and his office always fits us in the same day as needed. Would highly recommend. They go out of their way for their patients.

The entire office staff are unprofessional!

I'm honestly not sure why there are only negative reviews here, as my experience was very positive. All of the staff were very friendly and caring in my opinion... And as a first time mom dealing with a jaundiced infant, I felt very cared for. Dr. Rocha went above my expectations and called me as soon as he had news on my baby's bilirubin levels, even though it was late at night. He even visited is at the hospital (we had to be admitted to handle the jaundice). All in all, I really do recommend this doctor. I am really surprised there are all these negative reviews! Doctor Rocha has worked hard at his profession for a very long time and I feel strongly he knows what he is doing and can be trusted, as well as being a kind doctor. I appreciate that it is a small office, and they work well together as a team. I had no problem getting to know all of there names, as there are only a few people working there. The staff are all very friendly, courteous and helpful. My 3 year old son, Dean, especially adores the nurse Shari. She is such a sweet heart! They are very family oriented. I can always get an appointment for my children just about any time I need to, which is rare compared to other Doctors offices. I found the office and rooms to be clean. I have been there several times with my children and have had only had positive experiences. In fact I cannot ever recall having such positive and efficient experiences visiting a doctors before! I only wish I could speak Spanish, because I would sometimes like to talk more to the very nice and pleasant receptionist, Patricia. But I am able to communicate with her just fine. The other nurse/receptionist, Anna, is also helpful and does a good job. Being that Doctor Rocha is one of the very few doctors on the mountain, plus they even except Medi-Cal, and it is a beautiful and scenic drive to the office location, I would highly recommend Doctor Rocha to mountain residents. Dr. Rocha is a wonderful pediatrician.

Doctors office is very orderly, clean, and the wait time is never longer than a half hour. Most of the time we are sent back before even a 10 minute wait. Really great with walk-ins, great communication, give call back confirmations for the day before your appt., and has so much patience with the kids. I highly recommend Doctor Rocha for your PCP or for Pediatrics.

I went to this doctor the other day and it was nothing but a horrible experience. The nurses didn't introduce themselves to me so I never got any ones name, but one nurse did a hemoglobin test on my daughter ( who is 19 months) neither wore gloves and had gotten blood all over themselves and my child. Then when it came time for her vaccines, (again not wearing gloves) she injected my daughter and could not retrieve the needle so it was stuck for a few seconds while my daughter is kicking, it bruised her leg and made a huge welt. Then the last injection she took the needle cap off with her mouth, yes her mouth! the needle had come off with it, so she put it back on, took the cap off with her hand, so now her hand is contaminated with her saliva, and proceeded to inject my daughter. I was completely appalled by her actions, this is an unsanitary facility and I will never return. I went to this doctor the other day and it was nothing but a horrible experience.
