Ants in the office. Cleaning is not done properly. Staff is constantly changing due to horrible dentist

Dr. Decambre 's office is very warm and welcoming, she has a very friendly staff, and she herself is very patient, caring and kind towards all of her patients. I am blessed to have received her services of which are high quality , and goal oriented. Dr.Decambre really cares for the end goal in all of her patients and wishes to reach their best results. At her office she keeps things interesting with raffle tickets, prizes and events to entertain her customers of all ages. For me Dr. Decambre honestly deserves more than five stars! Dr Decambre has been treating me with Invisalign. She is the most caring Orthodontist I have ever met. She answers all my questions, and takes her time with all her patients. My children love coming along with me to my appointments and the staff treat them so well

Doctor is very rude,dry & condescending. She doesn’t like when the parents go to the back with their children due to the fact she has her inexperienced dental assistants do a majority of the work. She can never hold onto staff for more than 6 months the only one that’s been their for a while is ONLY the office manager (I wonder why that is) that is not normal for a md practice. She never answers questions throughly. Always makes to feel uneasy. Bottom line is she cares about her money.

Treated myself and my children. Came very highly recommended. Worked with us to finance treatment and has been professional and on point. My kids loovvee her. Great results. Best decision for an orthodontist. Has that motherly touch and always encouraged my children in school. Very high standards. Love her!

My personal experience with Dr.Decambre's practice has been a very positive one. This is the second orthodontic treatment, I already know what are the expectations. My first experience was a great one as well as this time with Dr. DEcambre, she is very professional, intelligent and takes the time to ensure that the quality of the treatment is of high standards. Highly recommend. By the way I took my time in selecting the right orthodontist before starting this new process.

Worst! Very rude. Nice at first. Wait till u finish paying. its weird she won't let parents go in with their child. She doesn't like to be asked ?'s. She took $500 for retainer out of account w/o notice. ovrchrges! My sons orth lets me go in an see everything they do.My daughter tells me the doc never even looks at her only the techs do. Haven't done anything in last yr except change bands. braces should have been off 1 yr ago. She actually made my daughtr cry. New staff every month. ??
