I've been with them for more than 5 years, I always get great services from them. They're very friendly and helpful, the wait time isn't really that long unless you come in as a walk in. I only have one problem, they could get some wider chairs for big people.

This place doesn't even deserve this one star. I have been on hold for 48 minutes and I'm still waiting to just make an appointment. Every time to go to the office I wait hours to be seen I mean hours!
This place is the most unprofessional business I've ever seen. I don't know why it's still opened. I had to call corporate to get anything done, I have to say they handled things.
