Este doctor debe quedarse en su casa,, el está totalmente incapacitado para pasar consulta, nos refirió a su jefe porque el caso de mi marido no le gustaba,, y no fue su paciente el tiempo que paso en el hospital.. nos dejo sin palabras, muy decepcionante.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, TRYING TO COLLECT FOR COPAY NUMEROUS TIMES WHEN I PAID CASH AT THE OFFICE, NO ONE THEIR FOR SCHEDULED APPTS AND NO ONE CALLS TO TELL YOU THEY WERE CANCELLED OR RUNNING HOURS LATE, AND MY FATHER IN LAW WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS GOOD WHEN IN FACT HE HAD AN ENLARGED PROSTATE WHICH HE NEEDED SURGERY FOR WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR?! I had call because I had forgotten the time for my dad's appointment. And a lady answered the phone. She told me to hold I said yes no problem. I waited 30 mns on the phone until it got disconnected and I called back the same lady answered and she said hello once and hang up. Did not even wait for me to say hello. So I call back again 3 time nobody pick up the phone so I took my dad's phone and call from a different number that's when the same lady pick up. And I told her the situation and she said : " exactly, we are on lunch break that why" . In a very rude manner. And she hang up . This office is very unprofessional and this is my first time going there and I'm not going back. It's a dr. Office. Not a fast food restaurant so those people should be reeducate. This office is a disgrace! If Dr Stein wants to continue with his practice he should fire the office manager as she is rude, disrespectful, and insulting. Dr Stein operated on my son this past weekend under EMERGENCY circumstances and when I called to schedule his follow up I was told it would not be scheduled until I provided $500 as he does not take our insurance. I found out that legally he is obligated to see him post op since he did the surgery. This office is a disgrace to medicine!

This is by far the most awful experience with a doctor. He will not let you go back with your loved one. And also the office staff popped their lips at me and was extremely rude. I will be reporting this whole office

Dr. Stein is good the staff on the other hand are completely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. THE SUPPOSED OFFICE MANAGER IS THE MOST UN PROFESSIONAL OF THEM ALL. WHEN TRYING TO CALL TO MAKE SURE ALL MY DADS PAPERWORK/MEDICATION WAS THERE FOR THE APPOINTMENT THAT HAD BEEN RESCHEDULED TWICE ALREADY DUE TO THE OFFICE MANAGER ERROR, SHE IS UNWILLING TO HELP CAUSE SHE CLAIMS "I AM THE OFFICE MANAGER" NOT MY PROBLEM. IF IT WASN'T FOR THE NEED OF MY FATHER TO GET HIS MEDICATION I WOULD TRANSFER OFFICES.

office staff was horrible!!! extremely rude and unattentive! only cares about the money and will do surgery for anything so beware!
