Absolutely love Dr. Jones and her entire staff!

Would not return. Diagnosis in chart didn't match what I was there for. Weird vibe in that place now. I had gone for years, but it isn't the same now.

The care and service I have been provided with at Prima Bella was very disgusting and disappointing. Everything from the in office visits with incompetent staff who don't know how to call people back for their appointments to the ones checking you out and cant read the screen to find your fee is ridiculous. Dr. Jones bedside manner is so horrible no one should be talked to the way I was. Unless you are there for prenatal services they don't care about genecology and making sure your female health is good. I had to call to find out my surgical results they told me Dr. Jones would get around to it and to this day they still haven't discussed them with me. Two weeks since my surgery and nothing! I had to read my results and interpret them myself!! I called a gynecologic oncologist that told me they needed me to come in based on my surgery results!! Also watch what they charge you for because their billing is always inaccurate and they will likely over charge you or have to refund you!!!

Dr. Jones has great bed side manner and is warm and welcoming. She will take her time answering all your questions. This whole practice she helped build at Primabella is one of the best. Going there i know I am taken care of and durring mu pregnancy she and her staff were with me each and every step. They made me feel in control of it and very empowered.

Dr. Jones herself was great! I have not been to her office since maybe 2015? Two weeks ago, I receieved a collections notice from her office. I immediately called her office and talked with Pam. Two and a half years later, they send out bills on what your insurance did not pay! I said, are you going to send or call 2 12 years later with a diagnosis? I never received one statement on this until I received this collections notice! I have been at the same address for over 18 years.
