Horrible location and system!! Never contact them, so RUDE!!!

I have complete trust in Dr. Kelly. She was my mother's doctor too. She listens and answers all questions.

Remember her from the past,quality and professional attitude always.

Dr. Kelly is a wonderful compassionate professional internist whose bedside manner is quite remarkable in today's day and age.

My mother has been going to Dr. Kelly for about as long as she has been practicing internal medicine in West Seneca. She is not a casual visitor but a 4 times a year patient. Several of my siblings are also seen by doctors in this group. My mom is now in a rehabilitation facility after a fall that resulted in a broken hip and fractured wrist. I would think it be customary to get a call/visit/card from the practice that my mom has used for 30+ years but no, not a word. Dr. Gabriel from the same practice walked our family through my father's cancer 30 years ago even though his treatment was no longer being managed by himself. How have we so declined in humanity that we have removed relationship and inserted "client." My mother has received well wishes and cards from relationships such as the chiropractors office that she has visited only recently and not a word from Dr. Kelly. This is sad and disappointing. A familiar doctor would be nice in her final days of life.

I tried several other doctors after mine retired. None fit the bill until a friend recommended Dr. Kelly. She doesn't rush, takes time to listen to what you have to say, and makes me feel comfortable. I'm thrilled to have found her.

I've been going to Dr. Kelly for years, and am very happy with her. She's very knowledgeable, caring, and very easy to talk to. The staff is awesome. Extremely friendly!

Dr Kelly has helped me through a lot of medical problems. I have been a patient of hers for a long time now and would not want any other doctor. She has been there every step of the way. She has given me great advice and if she coundn't help she knew other specialist how could. She is very knowledgeable and shows compassion in her work.

Dr Kelly is always concerned and only requests tests that are needed. I have been with her for about 25 yrs and have never had to complain about her to anyone
