Love her. Wait is long. She is well informed and educates me. Shes quick but explains things and is happy to answer to questions or concerns. She clearly cares for her patients

When my blood test showed high cancer markers she personally called me from her overseas vacation to advise to make immediate appointment to oncologist and helped with this appointment ( and basically saved my life)

For 3 weeks Dr. Leong failed to tell me about test results which had findings which needed to be acted upon promptly. When I finally spoke to her she offered no apology for the delay or explanation. She also offered me a hormone shot that was contraindicated for my chronic migraine condition which I don't believe she knew about because she hadn't bothered to read my chart or the update form I had filled out that visit. When I told her it was not a good idea and why she agreed with me but offered no other alternatives for the problem I had. When I went to another doctor for a second opinion I learned there were a bunch of other alternatives. I found Dr. Leong to be negligent, careless, rude and incompetent.

This is the worst Dr. in terms of privacy, discrimination, and Patient /Dr relationship. Your Dr is her Secretary Devina who calls to relay Dr. Leon messages but if you see the Dr at a visit she would deny saying anything reported by her Secretary. She does not have any respect for patient. I was under her care since March to undergo a surgery, she never called the Insurance Company to have a peer to peer conversation as requesting resulting in the denial of the Sugery. This is the worst Dr. in terms of privacy, discrimination, and Patient /Dr relationship. She is rude and impatient. I have to get surgery and I had a few questions. She replied “ I already told you the answer” if you need surgery search for someone skilled that care about your wellbeing

In all honesty, I'm not sure why I gave her a 2 - maybe because her staff is somewhat understanding. I have been a patient of hers for a couple of years - during which time I've experienced several medical issues, some of which required Emergency Room visits. For every experience, she has shown little bedside manner. She spends less than 5 minutes in the exam room with you, even less in her office, test results are given to you over the phone by a nurse, who is obligated to say no more other than read the report (often days after you were told to anticipate results), you're left with questions that she refuses to answer. Calls to the office asking to speak with her are often gone unanswered or rushed when you do receive one. She provides mediocre service, at best. No patient should left feeling like they have inconvenienced their doctor by inquiring about their own health concerns, especially during medical emergencies. I would NEVER recommend anyone go see Dr. Leong. I went to her with results from another doctor's office stating that I had a uterine polyp. I wanted to get a second opinion. She did a substandard test that doesn't even check for polyps or fybroids and told me I was fine. Two years later I now have THREE polyps that are interfering with my conceiving. She is brief, rude and doesn't seem to care much about her patients. If you have any regard for your health at all, go to someone else.
