DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care about the welfare of their patients. I’ve been going here for years and once a few of the PAs left it went downhill. You never get the same person and they just want you to buy their over priced products. They haven’t even bothered to refill a prescription of mine in a year although when I go in for my yearly skin check they tell me to keep using it. I’m have a serious breakout right now of painful acne as I have in the past. They want to diagnose me through pictures that they want me to send them. They call me to tell me that it’s not acne to stop using the spot treatment and to go out to the store and buy another acne product, if it’s not acne why are you telling me to go buy another product for acne and I explain to them how much it hurts so then they tell me well don’t use anything at all on it. It was all just a bunch of BS. No one is kind there anymore they are short and rude whenever you are on the phone with them. The place used to be one of

One of the best doctor experiences I've ever had. It was my first time seeing a Dermatologist in about 7 years and I went in for a full body scan. She was so thorough literally checking every single spot on my body and noting all of them to her assistant as she took notes. My time spent with her was probably about 40-45 mins and I never ever once felt rushed. She took the time to hear about my history, hear my current skincare practices, answer my questions, and share with me the importance of sunscreen and other skin care tips for health. She and her assistant were so kind and I felt so heard, relaxed, and very well taken care of! Also, the office is very well run. I went into my appointment right on time and didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes. What a seamless and great experience. Thank you, Dr. Lenahan.

Dr. Lenahan's office loves $$. From opening a cosmetic center in the office to requiring unnecessary visits so they can bill insurance companies, it is obvious that someone is working to pad their retirement. I have already put out feelers for a legitimate dermatologist that is interested in actually treating medical issues.

Dr. Lenahan is the first dermatologist that I have felt her diagnosis and treatment plan is spot on. She and her staff are friendly and professional and you feel comfortable the minute you walk into her office. Dr. Lenahan spent a lot of time with me which in my experience is unheard of.

Just tried the buffalo office and saw Betsy! She is wonderful and the new buffalo office is really fast and friendly. Love having another office to Go to!

The staff at the East Amherst are very friendly and helpful. Was seen by Jennifer and Dria who were very professional, informative and made the visit comfortable. Thank you.

If you are lucky enough to be seen by Dria and Jennifer May you will leave there smiling. They are very professional and easy to talk to. The practice is clean and professional with easy parking.

I was seen by Dria and Jennifer. Both were very friendly and made going to the Doctors a pleasant experience. Office is clean and staff friendly. Lots of parking too.

The staff is very efficient and polite. I love Jennifer, she is thorough, polite and gentle. I am also in and out in 15 - 20 mins.

It was great to hear they have an office in the city on Main near Hertel. I made an appointment easily, was seen on time and very happy with the care I received from Jen. She took her time and explained what she was doing. The office staff and assistant Robin were friendly. All very caring people.

I have been seeing Dr Lenahan for over 10 years. Each yearly visit has gone smoothly in a timely, professional manner. Dr. Lenahan has 2 office locations for patients’ convenience. I have complete confidence Dr. Lenahan’s checkups, diagnosis, decisions concerning my skin condition, and whether minor surgery or a biopsy is necessary. She is also a great resource with a preventative regiment for all skin care Issues. Dr Lenahan is truly a blessing as my dermatologist.

Staff amazingly efficient. Seen by PA Lauren and she was kind, knowledgeable, caring, and understanding.

I visited Dr. Lenahan's office for the first time today and was seen today by PA Jen. I was very impressed by her thoroughness and professionalism. She took the time to listen and I didn't feel rushed. Also, medical assistant Dria was extremely pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. Lenahan and entire staff are extremely professional and courteous. They have taken care of our entire family for years and have been spot on with their treatments. We highly recommend their medical practice.

I have recommended Lenahan Dermatology to family, friends, and co-workers. I see Jen, a PA and she is EXCELLENT! Very calming, approachable, answers every question I've ever had and I recommend her to everyone! I've met Dr. Lenahan once when she came into the room and introduced herself. I've not had a reason to ask to see Dr. Lenahan but based on my dealings with Jen and the other staff, she must have the same work ethic and ability to communicate easily with her patients.

We tried to get a prescription filled locally but could not because Dr. Lenahan did not proved the correct information to pharmacy. Had to speak with prescription department several times and could not get it right. Very poor!!

TOTALLY GREAT, DR JEN REMOVED 2 SPOTS FROM MY CHEST AREA , AND YOU CANT EVEN SEE THE SCARING, WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE 5 STARS ALL THE WAY

Dr. Lenahan does a very thorough exam. She actively listens to any questions or concerns and takes the time to explain in detail any treatments or recommended therapies. The assistants are efficient and professional.

Dr. Lenahan and her PA's having treating me for several years now and I can honestly say that the service at this office is nothing short of stellar. They are incredibly meticulous and thorough with amazing bedside manner. I would recommend this office to anyone with any skin conditions. It is not close to where I live in Buffalo, but it is well worth the trip.
