Schedule a visit with this doctor through MDLive, she said she'd put in a prescription for me for a sinus infection and confirmed my pharmacy. Said if this didn't work I'd need to go see a specialist. When I got to the pharmacy she hadn't put in a rx at all. Logged in and looked at the after visit summary and she had just put in an ENT referral. Waste of my money and dumb MDLive gives me no recourse about speaking to her again or getting her to follow through without wanting me to pay another consultation fee. She effectively took my money, lied to me, and gave me zero help.
Dr McGuiggan was very helpful, friendly, and listened to me. She promptly made a diagnosis via telehealth and sent a prescription to my pharmacy.
This visit was conducted through “MDLive” which is the virtual service through Cigna. This doctor did nothing to help us and berated my wife for scheduling an appointment... Have never experienced a more unprofessional individual, and could not imagine the bedside manner. Would not
Teladoc visit and she was excellent. Gave ideas about how to increase the immune system. Wow!
