Her staff is awful. She herself was ok. But the nurse practitioner, nurse and other staff do not take care of things in a timely manner, like something so basic as calling in a prescription. You have to remind them over and over. I was given wrong information about my condition, many mistakes in my chart, rude front desk staff, the list goes on.
