Horrible bedside manner..she was suppose to be treating my granddaughter but started telling my daughter (the child's mother) how she looked like someone from medieval times with her big forehead and thin hairline..on top of that never called the prescription in????????????????????????

Brought my 9 month baby boy in. She had horrible bedside manners. She was irritated we did not do a telehealth visit. Children's Healthcare of Atlanta recommended we see her in person for a follow up after my son was hospitalized due to skin issues.

She was the bestMy son had severe eczema and she totally cured him

I was told my daughter had to be seen to get a new refill for a medicated shampoo and a topical cream for her acne. Dr. Spraker was very nice and great at explaining things to my 16 year old. The nurse was very sweet. No problem there. However, we were waiting forever in the exam room once she and the nurse were done. The only problem I had was they never sent her prescriptions to the pharmacy! I have called 3 times and left messages and no one has called me back. May be looking elsewhere.

I had to wait an hour and 40 minutes past my appointment time to see Dr Spraker. No apology. Unacceptable for an appointment for a 2 year old patient.
