No one really likes going to doctors or dentist. This dentist office is just wonderful. Friendly Caring. Explaining and talking to you not at you. I had the scaling down. And I didn’t feel horrible by them for needing it and they did a wonderful job in making me as comfortable as possible Highly recommend this office! Just absolutely the best dentist office I have been to

I've trusted my dental care to Dr. Chiani for over fifteen years and I am very pleased with the results. I have complete faith in her care. So much so, I've fallen asleep in the chair several times. Plus, she has small hands. A big plus for my small mouth. I happily recommend her to dentistry to anyone that asks.

Undoubtedly the best dental-related experience I've ever had. From the first day I visited the office, I felt as though I've been cared for and treated like family. I had so many issues with my teeth. I came to Dr. Chiani about 4 years ago and I never felt as confident as I do now! It was definitely a journey to get where we are today! I have been going to Dr. Chiani for years and Love this office ! She is a skilled Prosthodontist who can handle both small and extensive dental treatments. I feel safe and know I am in good hands and that is very important to me.I am a very satisfied patient and would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend her!

like the dr. however will try to upsell. the hygienist staff changes nearly every appointment in 4 years i've had 4-5 and just when i get used to one, she changes. so they only hire temps for that role as far as i know (perhaps due to the limited hours). one of these 4-5 jabbed up my gums pretty good during the cleaning and while i spoke to the front desk about it, i was dismissed and "reassured" that "no one else ever complained" (in her VERY short tenure) and that she was "good" the dr was not happy that she did not (seemingly) know about this. that wasn't my role, i did report it so there's office communication/responsibility breakdown. this time i spoke up when i noticed i was getting extra bite-wing images and was assured by hygienist this was "normal". it really wasn't but i figured she knew something i didn't (new insurance year?). well, my plan mailed me notification that four were not covered, only two, every 12 months. when i called the office, when trying to gather information, i was met with delay, annoyance and impatience after being told (solved) "i took care of it" as though not balance billing me was the only issue. this office is whack and unprofessional as well as unreliable. not going back. like the dr. however will try to upsell. the hygienist staff changes nearly every appointment in 4 years i've had 4-5 and just when i get used to one, she changes. so they only hire temps for that role as far as i know (perhaps due to the … More

My son Tony, who is an adult, autistic, male, has gone to Dr. Chiani for several years. Everyone is very patient and nice to him;and, treat him with a lot of respect. If there are emotional disabled people looking for a good dentist, look her up. She and her staff know exactly how to work with them in a dignified manner.

I just had two teeth extracted here and I was amazed by how fast and easy it went. I have dental anxiety and was very fearful of going through with this but the oral surgeon at the office, Dr.Manolo was patient, kind and made sure the extractions were pain free. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Chiani, the care here is top quality!
