While the doctor herself has been great the staff are some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. Every single visit they give us inaccurate info and estimates for appointments and glasses that are very far off from what they should be. They discuss their social lives rather than help Customers. We’ve had the first appointment in the morning only to have to wait over an hour because they “always have a staff meeting first thing” that’s very inconsiderate of your customers.
