DEVASTATED- For your safety, your privacy & your health I CANNOT recommend This is a review by a brain patient and his family. My experience was a nightmare. We asked for a conversation with them about the issues. No interest. Almost immediately we were ghosted & funneled through attorney who offered our money back (thousands)… only if we signed a confidentiality agreement (including not reporting them). We couldn’t do that to fellow brain patients. We have reported them to the regulatory boards, which has led to cases being opened & pending investigations. Velcro leg strap came entirely off twice. 1. Legs smashed against metal frame. 2. I did everything I could to save my legs while spinning upside down. I was terrified, traumatized & the incident was barely acknowledged. Received no medical attention for 20.5 HOURS. Only at our insistence did doctor finally check feet for fractures. We pressed for a conversation. Were told ‘new’ Velcro strap was ordered. Their lawyer won’t confirm an incident report was made. Their unconcerned, aloof response makes us think this is a common occurrence. VIDEO TAKEN WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE AND WITHHELD FROM MEDICAL RECORD I signed a consent to have video taken during certain sessions. 1. We never saw the cameras. 2 They were turned on without our knowledge. Shocked to find out there were undisclosed videos of me & my family. Feels like voyeurism. If it’s not, we are left to wonder why they didn’t share the videos for months no matter how many times we asked for ‘all’ of the medical records? WHAT THEY ADVERTISE IS NOT WHAT THEY PROVIDED Assigned doctor was less credentialed & experienced than my referring physician, who sent me there to see an international leader in the field. Doctor had never worked on someone like me before & was ‘learning’ on me. Website shows DOCTORS performing saccades tests, photobiomodulation therapy, oculomotor assessment, NINM (Nerve Stimulation), D2 therapy, CAPS test & more. ALL of my tests & treatments/therapies were done by a college intern or a non-medical assistant. Only time I saw a doctor was each of the 3, pre-scheduled, 40-minute physical examinations. An unsupervised intern, a non-medical tech and 3 visits with a less qualified doctor is not the world class clinical staff the website promised. THEY FAILED TO TAKE DUE CARE OF A PATIENT I’m seeing a therapist for trauma. It’s been months now feeling altered, not right, very stressed. Improvement they said I made is not supported by tests or the review by reviewing physicians. My results went down in an alarming way. The center was a nightmare that continues to this day. Will I receive ALL results from tests performed? Provide the full medical background of my assigned doctor & his/her level of expertise to treat me. Define ‘Team.’ ‘Our team’ ‘the team’ ‘clinical team’ is mentioned in multiple places on your website. Is there ALWAYS a doctor in the building while patients are on the premises? Exactly which sessions & in which rooms, do you record me? I require that I be shown where the cameras are located. I control my privacy & modesty so confirm you will tell me exactly when the cameras are turned on. Will I be observed live via camera? If so, who will be watching & why?
