I had an excellent experience at this practice. Dr Dumont and his staff really explained things, took time, and provided such good service. They were so professional, but friendly and welcoming. The office is spacious and well equipped and scrupulously clean. I wasn't looking forward to the cystoscopy, but thanks to this excellent doctor and staff, it was easy and not at all painful. Dr. Dumont did a wonderful job. Always took the time to explain everything and provide options whenever they were available. Both he and the staff always did an outstanding job providing for my needs.

I initially gave these guys a three star review because of some negative reviews I saw on here. After visiting and being treated by their doctors, I honestly don't see what everyone else's problem is. The staff was always nice and courteous to me. The doctors were kind and respectful, and knowledgeable to not only me, but any time I saw them speaking with other customers, including customers who were unfriendly. I recommend them, give them a shot. My treatment and surgery went very very well and I would go again (hopefully I won't ever have to!). I have been a patient of his for 11 years. Dr. Dumont has always been thorough and extremely concerned about my prostrate cancer treatment. I am still alive due to his care. I went to Dr. Dumont with a serious condition. He took the time to fully explain the benefits and risks of 2 different procedures to resolve the condition. He showed care and concern as I struggled on which way to go. He gave me time to think about it for several days while I mulled it over, he even talked to me on the phone when I had additional questions. In the end he allowed me to make the decision. Before, During and after the surgery, he displayed kindness and concern to both my wife and I keeping us informed and answering questions. I have been a patient of Dr. Dumont's for at least five years now and I must honestly say I hold him up there as one of the best two doctor's I have ever dealt with in my life. He is thorough, courteous, never rushes the patient and has the bed side manner to walk me through my prostrate cancer last year (2018) with a calmness that was beyond reassuring. In remission now, but with another issue, he has addressed that also and made me feel like someone actually gives a damn. Dr. Dumont always takes the time to answer questions completely. Never rushes to the next appointment. While he is with you he treats you as the most important patient he has. Of course he is a skilled and experienced physician, but I think what I appreciated the most is that he treated me as he would have treated himself, with respect , dignity and genuine care. We are so glad Dr. Matthew Dumont is still with Urology Associates. My husband saw him a long while back and he was wonderful. He still is. He puts you at ease immediately by shaking your hand and greeting you with a smile. He listens to everything you have to say and asks question that are relevant to your symptoms. If necessary, he orders tests so that he can get a precise diagnosis but does not do so if not needed. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and cares about his patients. My husband has MS and he did not take it for granted that his problem was caused by the MS, unlike some others in the past. We highly recommend him. His office personnel are efficient and well organized. Everything frpm making an appointment to checkout was great.

My experience with Dr. Dumont has been exceptional. He is extremely gentle, kind, and patient when explaining procedures and diagnoses. His bed side manner is impeccable and if all my experiences with doctors were as pleasant as my visits have been with him I would never hesitate in making appointments and taking proper care of myself.

Urology associates is a Professional,courteous, competent and caring practice. Not only for me but for all the patients they see. . I had prostate cancer and I could not have been taken care better by Dr. Dumont and Dr. Szlyk. I have great relationships with the staff there. They have so much compassion for me and my family! I would highly recommend Dr Dumont to anyone looking for a competent, professional, and friendly urologist who will make you his #1 priority. Excellent, caring, professional doctor. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule for my vasectomy. He and his nurse Sarah put me at ease throughout the process. Dr DuMont The MOST unprofessional and the most RUDE dr which he shouldn’t be called I’ve ever come in contact with . He was a on call dr for my dr and I was crying in pain he started to yell st me on the phone to get myself together I wasn’t dying . I was trying to explain how many of my symptoms came days after my surgery and I didn’t think it was normal He then HUNG up the phone on me and called me back I asked did you hang up he said yes . I said wow very unprofessional I’ve never been though anything like this before and I’m in so much pain and he hung up on me again. And didn’t call back. Not anyone you think would be a dr to be so rude and nasty to someone who wanted answers for being in so much pain I wouldn’t recommend this place because of him and his not willing to help someone when he’s on call to do so . I had a great experience with Dr. DuMont. He willingly answered my questions and when he knew we were anxious about some testing, he personally called with the results. I would definitely recommend him. A plus was the friendliness of his nurse; she was great at explaining what was going to be done.

On Friday the 13th, May, I underwent an Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) to break up a rather large kidney stone (urinary calculi). The procedure was performed by Dr. Matthew DupMnt. Dr. DuMont conversed with me throughout the procedure answering all of questions in a friendly, succinct tone as he went about the task of breaking up my kidney stone. I do not hesitate recommending Dr. DuMont, as . I can do so from my own first hand experience with his expert care.

I'm the caretaker of my father who has Dementia along with other health issues. The issue that brought us to Dr. DuMont was an enlarged prostate which caused him to have almost no ability to urinate. Dr. Dumont has always been a very patient and compassionate person to my father and I. Dr. Dumont was very thorough in all the test he did, and ultimately doing surgery on my father's prostate which was a complete success! We couldn't have asked for a better doctor and I can not Thank him enough!

Dr. DuMont was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took what could have been a stressful and scary procedure and made it easy and comfortable. My wife and I made the decision to have a vasectomy. I did research online but I would have been much more anxious about the procedure had it not been for Dr DuMont and his staff.

Dr. Dumont always delivers compassionate care and provides fast feedback on diagnostic testing. I have been a patient for several years and highly recommend his office.

Dr.Dumont was a excellent doctor. During my vasectomy I was really worried about the pain but when the procedure start we talked for a bit and by the end of our conversation he was done. I was so shocked because all I felt during the process was when I received the local. I strongly recommend Dr.DuMont to anyone wanting a vasectomy. He is a top of the line surgeon.
