I have been seeing Dr. Fedor and I really like him. He did my electrophysiology study and implanted my cardiac loop recorder. He got me on an effective medication regimen. He’s smart, relatable, very friendly, and I felt comfortable around him and confident in his expertise.

I was referred to cardiology by my PCP. I waited for a month and a half before I called. I was told someone would call me back to schedule. I had to call four more times before I got in. Meanwhile, my symptoms were getting worse. They scheduled me with Dr. Fedor, who is a locum at the hospital. He was dismissive and rude. The nurse had taken an EKG, that was normal, so he brushed me off! I was referred for an arrhythmia. He didn't even listen to my heart! I asked questions and he was sarcastic and arrogant. I ended up getting help elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this doctor for my dog!

The receptionist who answered the phone (finally) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Dr Fedor just wants to sell pacemakers. Terrible excuse for a so called “health clinic”. There’s nothing healthy about rude and disrespectful laymen.

If your heart issue is not an easy one please do not waste your time with this doctor. He was not well versed in bedside manner. I believe because I don’t know exactly how to fix my issue he told me it’s all in my head. I can do for you I can assure you that this is not in my head is not in my head.

He fixed my arrhythmia no problem.

I saw Dr. Fedor for Arterial Flutter. Was very impressed with him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fedor's for close to 13 years. I appreciate his straight forward, no b.s., approach. After several disappointing meetings and a completely unnecessary cardiac cath that left me swollen for days and bruised from inner thigh to knee for literally a year by another cardiologist, Dr. Fedor figured out what was wrong with me right after our 1st visit. I feel it is because he actually listened to me when others dismissed my complaints due to age and gender. He rocks.

Patronizing and unfeeling. had frozen shoulder 11 days after PM implant, was not given info. to prevent it. Didn't know what was wrong so got a appt. as in great deal of pain. He said I had been babying my arm and he took my arm and jerked it over my head several times, I was crying from the pain. He then said the PM implant was perfect and for me to see my reg. Dr and he could refer me to an orthopedic Dr. then left the room. I will not be going back to that Dr.

My Wife and I were patients with the Oregon Heart Center for the last couple of years and met with Dr. Fedor most recently. It was one of the worst experiences as patients we have ever experienced! Horrible care, zero preparation and studying charts before appointment , and very bad provider-to-patient communication. Dr. Fedor met with us for the first time and walked out mid appointment because he said there was nothing he could do for us. Zero effort to listen to our concerns as a patient.

Dr. Fedor walks out of appointments and fails to provide his patients with any form of respect and dignity.

Dr. Fedor is an excellent heart mechanic. His approach to heart issues could not be better. His desire to improve his craft is outstanding. He fixed me up and I have had no problems since he worked on me.

Doctor Fedor treated me very respectfully and was very thorough explaining my situation and test results. I highly recommend Dr. Fedor. I can honestly say that he exceeded my expectations.
