If I could choose no star's I would have for this situation.over all I love Dr Mian but this situation i have suffered greatly and i feel if reviews arent share then no one has the knowledge of what they maybe going to go thru. (Also, the office admin here are terrible. If you get a returned call its becuase you called back the 4th or 5th time stating you would just hold until they are available, dr mian puts her notes in but you can't get anyone there but susan to help you, so if you call....ask for susan) I came down with a horrible case of psoarsis that had spread into my joints, psoratic arithtis, terrible pain. Dr mian seen me, referred me to rheumatoid arthritis doctor dr. Siddiqui as she started me on Enbrel or psoratic arthritis and skin psoriasis. I had several side effects one being serious. This experience has been terrible. Let me step back a second, without going into real deep details dr. Siddiqui prescribes Enbrel injections for psoriasis arthritis and skin psoriasis. After 3 weeks I started to have a swollen leg then a couple weeks after a rash developed. I went back to Siddiqui she said I had a fungus in prescribed topical Lotrimin to me. After one week it did not go away she sent me to my primary doctor Mian, who said it was not a fungus it was yeast. She prescribed me a topical cream that was a compound as a steroid ointment and triamolde acetiode. After a week I went back to dr. Siddiqui who told me only a dermatologist could help me. At that point is when she sent me to doctor kagy at little rock dermtology, and seeing him he says I have eczema, and gives me a strong steroid ointment to treat it and if it wasn't better in 4 days to call him back. It wasn't better I returned the call he said he couldn't help me until the swelling got under control in to send me back to my primary for her to fix the swelling. Each time is been a copay charge as well as the prescription medicine and it has been costly. It's unfortunate that the patient does not have the proper care anymore. Whether you show up and get medicated or not the doctor will get paid. I'm giving up on true care for patients. In conclusion what I found out is I had shingles at the worst version. I have suffered tremendously for 5 weeks and shuffled around to finally get to the point I was in such pain I had to go to the ER. Immediately treated me thinking you're had a blood clot which came back negative but the end result was shingles. As a dermatologist I would think he should have some kind of knowledge to look and see my problem with shingles. Dr. Katy Took care of my dad for years with skin cancer and such he is a fabulous doctor would highly recommend him to anyone and if you can get in to See him you’ll never want to go to anyone else

He was very good with me. I had a cancer on my forehead that was very deep he had to go in 3 times to get it all. I barely have a scar. I go every 6 months.

Dr. Kagy has treated my daughter for eczema for over 14yrs. Always very polite and professional.

Absolutely amazing, Dr. Kagy treated my son for his cystic acne and he has been acne free for 5 years.

Dr. Kagy is very thorough and is a very polite man. He did surgery on my husband when he had skin cancer removed from his forehead. I have been in the room with my husband when he had check ups. Dr. Kagy is very professional and we would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Kagy seemed nice when I went to see him as a new patient. After the visit, I realized that I forgot to ask him for a prescription for itching around my bra/waistline. I've had this condition for years, caused by heat. He said I would have to make another appt. and come back in. I told the nurse what my retired doctor gave me & that it worked well. Finally got drug but different. When I needed it, it didn't work! The pharmacist said that it wasn't correct drug for my condition!!!

Dr. Kagy specializes in Mohs Surgery. He performed Mohs on my nose to remove Basal Cell Cancer. He is extremely serious about what he does. Very professional and easy to communicate with after the procedure. He nurse is top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Kagy, as well as Dr. Manning, both in this practice. The best Dermatologists that I have seen and I have been going to Dermatologists since my teens (over 40 years).

Very close-minded, inconsiderate, unwilling to listen, and then prescribed the same treatment that previously hadn't worked. He exuded the impression that I was a bother to him and I left feeling belittled. Won't be returning. However, hats off to the front receptionists who were very kind.

Everything is done in an orderly, time-wise approach. Very thorough physician!!
