After having a Cardiac Cath done it was recommended that I had a pacemaker and planet for my low heart rate. This was on a Friday so they said that I would see a EP doctor on Monday . Dr Klein show up the next day on Saturday, his day off to come see me. Once it was decided this was what was best for me, Dr Klein explained the procedure to me step by step to me and my wife then told us the procedure would be done on Monday. The staff was very professional and after being prepped for surgery Dr. Klein did a amazing job. He contacted my wife right after the surgery and informed her the implant was a success. Then there I was in recovery and as I woke up the staff was there to take care of me. Dr. Klein check on me the next day and explain the next step to my new life with more peace about my heart for both my wife and myself and of course my family. We we're assured into an exam room within 5 minutes of arriving. We were seeing immediately by the PA for all of the fundamental facts. Dr. Klein was waiting for us when we finish with the PA. Dr. Klein spent well over a half hour explaining the procedure that I needed to have. He said his office would be in touch to set up the appointment for the procedure. Less than 24 hours his office called and everything was set up. Excellent experience.

I am 50 years old and I work at Palm Beach Gardens Hospital. When I developed tachycardia, I was pretty scared. Dr Kline was recommended by everyone in the hospital so I chose him to perform my ablation. The entire experience with Dr Kline and Dawn, his nurse, was fantastic. He explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. Words just don’t explain how happy I am with the entire experience. I would HIGHLY recommend him if you need anything. Extremely thorough professional, curious and responsive .. Prior to my first time visit I received the online forms to fill out-every user friendly. When I got in the office the staff was extremely competent. Before Dr Klein came in the room - the nurse went over my medicines ect... Dr Matthew Klein took the time (and had the patience) to review everything..I feel very fortunate to have Dr Matthew Klein as my Dr.

My mom was scheduled to see Dr Klein for an EP consult and a few days before her office visit, she was admitted to the hospital, and he saw us there. Dr. Klein was so kind and patient, and he reviewed all of her prior studies and listened to her current symptoms and situation. He explained her options and described everything that would be done as part of the EP procedure. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions and was kind and compassionate at the same time. Thank you Dr Klein. Very pleased. Dr. Assistant was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Dr. Klein was able to explain the upcoming procedure in clear and concise layman’s terms. I feel very comfortable and confident in their abilities. I also appreciate their getting me an immediate appointment.

Dr. Klein incompetence is alarming, please see below: He placed an implant (pacemaker defibrillator ) in my around my heart chest 3 years ago. He screwed up as a year later, I learned that he did not install it correctly in my chest. And, he did not disclose his error as you would expect from any competent professional Drs. All he told me 2 years later that there was an issue and he would fix it later when the time comes to replace the battery! The device did not work correctly and that became a threat to my heart pacing functions. It is only when I moved to VA, went to new heart doctors, that I was told about the limitations and that the device should be replaced as it was not pacing. Dr. Klein did not connect in error one of the three connectors to my heart. I tried to reach Dr. Klein Several times and left him messages but he never returned my calls. I am looking into taking legal action against him. I truly would not ever recommend him to mess with anyone's electro cardio heart. He is arrogant and lacks the integrity needed and does not tell the truth. Never again. He only has one review on this google. Ask why? Dr. Klein is a jolly good chap that looks like a more mature version of Jason Biggs from American Pie. Not only is he delightful to look at and a real gem with his knee slapper jokes but he does great work. My ticker is top notch and its all thanks to that Fine Klein. His assistant Donna or Dawn is a proud Biden voter... Not cool to brag about ...especially in office... But thats the only poo poo i have on the office. The rest is a peach. Thanks Dr. Klein. Above and beyond Exemplary service

Excellent Telehealth appointment. With the use of my Medtronic device, it was just like being in Dr Klein’s office but from the comfort of being at home. Great doctor. Very professional and friendly staff.

Dr. Klein was very cooperative in giving information and answering questions regarding my surgery.

I was diagnosed with severe PVC's 7 years ago and I progressively got worse. It felt like I was having heart failure for hours at a time. I didn't have an office visit because of the Covid-19 virus so I can't answer some of the questions about his office. I was never in his office. I had a very good Telephone visit with Dr. Klein and he had all my records from my Cardiologist before the Televisit. His office called as soon as the hospital opened for elective surgery. In the space of a few hours he restored my quality of life 100%. I no longer lose my breath, get dizzy or lose my balance. I can now run, exercise, dance, SCUBA and everything else I used to do 7 years ago. Thank you Dr. Klein for giving me back my life.

Only see him twice, charge 3 times. Literally in the office for only 5 mins, being charged $258. Didn't answer your questions. Worst doctor ever see.

DR.KLEIN IS HIGHLY SKILLED AND VERY NICE. HE SPENDS TIME WITH YOU AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING TO YOU AS WELL AS ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS. Dr. Klein is an excellent electrophysiologist specializing in treatment of arrythmias and atrial fibrillation by utilizing minimally invasive catheterized RF Ablation to correct these conditions in the heart.
