About Matthew David Mccollough
Reviews for Matthew David Mccollough
Love Dr. McCollough. Fantastic doctor that truly cares about his patients.
Third time with him. Is as the title suggests he is thorough efficient and no-nonsense. He doe not chit-chat but gets down to business. He is very reserved and could improve his communication skills but, we are not all perfect and he gets the job done. I have recommended him and will see him in three years.
Dr. McCollough performed my colonoscopy. The staff at PMC Regional Hospital was A1. They were friendly, efficient and professional. Dr. McCollough spoke with me after procedure, provided information on what he found and future expectations.
Love Dr.McCollough :)
I have seen Dr. McCollough a few times. NOT happy. He can not figure out what is wrong with me. Did upper and colonoscopy. But,No further tests. He is Guessing for now. I can not go on sick like this. Try calling his office to explain how sick I am and need to see him. They cant get me in for 2 months.
Staff is not helpful
Dr. McCollough has been treating me for 3 years for multiple Gastrological & Liver Diseases. He is awesome, always kind, listens to me, and explains everything in common terms.
My husband has treated with him for several years and has always been happy with his treatment plans. Very easy to talk with.
Dr McCulloch performed my colonoscopy. I went to him after having ten years of debilitating bowel issues. He did not come out and speak to me after the colonoscopy. I guess he was too busy. At my follow up, I had many questions. He did not have any answers for me. I am still in the dark about my condition. I sat in a room with this doctor, and I really don’t think he had any idea why I was there. The person who drove me to the procedure was given some pictures, and a prescription for me. I wasn’t told anything about what it was for. I met with my primary care physician who told me what it was, and that it was a treatment for ibs. Seriously. I am a cancer survivor, and was barely able to hold a job due to these problems. I don’t think he even read my chart.
DR McCOLLOUGH PREFORMED MY COLONOSCOPY I HAD HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MY FIRST ONE 12 YEARS AGO BUT DR McCOLLOUGH SET MY MIND AT EASE AND EVERYTHING WENT AS HE SAID I WOOD DEFINITELY ASK FOR HIM AGAIN A GRAET DOCTOR AND THE NICEST PEOPLE ON HIS STAFF THANK YOU DOCTOR
Dr. McCullough is thorough and informed. He listens to me and gives me honest answers. He has recommended treatment that has put my UC into remission. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough kind words about Dr. McCollough. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at 17 years old. Dr. McCollough was the first doctor to listen to me and truly care about every thing I have to say. He does not brush off any symptoms and is truly a wonderful doctor.

Performed colonoscopy for me 5 years ago. I plan to return for another this year because I think he did a good job.

He's very caring and tried his best to make the best possible decisions for the patient and family on whatever is going on at that time. Some people jump to conclusions thinking he's not doing what he should, I was that way at one point but knowing after 5 years what I do know he is a great doctor. Doesn't put you thru a lot of unnecessary testing unless medically necessary. Sometimes a bit frustrating but at the same time he does what medically needs to be done.
Great...awesome group of ppl...they care about how you feel
I went to this doctor because he was highly rated on this website. He ordered bloodwork and said I would be contacted in a few days. I never heard from them so I called. Left messages with the nurses etc. Its been a couple of weeks now and I still haven't heard back. Lousy Doctor if you ask me.
