First time with Dr Muellenhoff directly, and previously his staff, ALL are Excellent. Tracy (PA-Excellent, Efficient) Pattin (sp?- medical interviewer, Excellent, Efficient), very quick, caught several issues and they observed/caught and enlightened me non-relevant aspects as well. Very Happy about that. Scheduling is tight as all doctors are these days but very pleased. I highly recommend their office and staff. Expect efficient and quick visits, but will answer all questions exactly.

Friendly staff, appointments are thorough and not rushed, Dr. M always explains if more than one treatment option is available.

Thanks to Dr. Muellenhoff and staff for their professionalism and thoroughness. They discovered cancer on my face and successfully removed all of it on the first procedure. My face healed amazingly quick with no issues. I am forever greatful!

I’ve had appointments with Dr. Muellenhoff over a few years about 3-4 times, His receptionists are welcoming and efficient, the wait time is short and the artworks are each and every piece interesting. Dr. M observes and asks good questions, listens to concerns and asks if I have any questions after discussion. I recommend him to newcomers to my neighborhood.

I recently visited Sierra Derm. The office staff is very efficient and Dr. Muellenhoff did a great job treating the lesions that required it. Great experience overall.

I was seen in a very reasonable amount of time. He did have several patients coming and going while I was waiting to be seen - maybe 5-10 minutes - and still saw me on time. His staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. M. asked if I had any issues or concerns that I would like him to look at. He was very thorough in my examination. I was there for a six month skin check after having a melanoma on my face removed by Dr. Lattyak a couple of years ago. I had some questions about a product I saw for thinning hair and regrowth in a brochure there and he took all the time I needed to explain how and why it worked. He also had a coupon that he gave me for money of this product if I chose to try it. He also talked to me about vitamins his office sells that help promote hair regrowth. I really appreciated the time he took to go over all this with me. He didn't seem distracted or antsy to leave me to go to his next patient. I would definitely recommend Dr. M. to anybody!

It was about what I expected. I went in and they wacked off the bad stuff and froze the not so bad stuff. I think they enjoyed it. :-) I do feel they know what they're doing and I was handled very professionally. I would recommend them to anyone has questions about skin growths or marks.

Excellent attention to detail and patient care. I have been seeing him for 6+ years. He found a hidden melanoma and took care of it and provides regular follow up. Staff is competent and caring.

What ever has happened to the people who call themselves Doctor's. I have seen Dr. M several times in the past. Iove away for a couple of years. Now with no explanation, I cannot be seen by Dr. M. I don't feel my complaint is petty.

Dr. Mullenhoff and his staff are both amazing and caring. I never feel rushed, and he explains everything thoroughly! I highly recommend him!

The 1 Star review is ridiculous & petty. 5 Stars to a Dr. who really Listens and explains details if you want him to, just ask. I am not comfortable with male Dr.'s normally, but I was fine around him. If you don't want to do something, he will give you another idea of what you can do.
