I had a very good outcome with a total shoulder replacement and Dr Pepe was very patient, thorough, and pleasant at every juncture. Some surgeons/ doctors tend to be high strung and not in tune, responsive or in the moment with patients. Not Dr Pepe. He’s very top notch in all ways

I recently tore my meniscus and went to see Dr. Pepe he explained everything in detail surgery vs no surgery. I opted to have the surgery he again went over everything with me the morning of and followed up after my surgery. I would recommend anyone that is nervous or on the fence see him to put your mind at ease.

Dr. Pepe is the kind of doctor every doctor should be.  I saw him for major knee surgery, and he not only repaired my knee, saving me from a total knee replacement, but treated me with kindness and respect throughout the process.  He spent the time to clearly explain my condition to me and patiently answer every question I had, and our appointments never felt rushed.  His staff was friendly and attentive and very easy to reach, both by phone and through the patient portal.  I am very grateful to have found Dr. Pepe and highly recommend him.

Dr. Pepe is an excellent surgeon. He has operated on me four different times, and I have always been happy with the results. He explains things thoroughly, and genionally cares about his patients. I will continue to recommend him to friends and family, and would not hesitate to have him operate on me again if necessary.

Dr. Pepe was wonderful. He took his time and listened to me, explained the MRI to me, and answered all my questions about the surgery and recovery. The surgery was successful. I can now move my right arm without pain. I would strongly recommend him.

Excellent diagnosis and very professional treatment approach.

From the initial appointment scheduled I knew I found the right Dr. The staff at Rothman were extremely professional and organized. Friendly and efficient. Wait time to see the Dr was minimal. The facility was clean and the staff Was welcoming since I was a new patient. Dr. Pepe was very pleasant. He listened to me and identified what my issue was quickly. It has been 2 days since my visit and My shoulder is already feeling better as a result of the procedure. I would highly recommend Rothman and Dr Pepe to anyone. As usual Dr. Pepe was thorough, professional, and super friendly. This was a one year follow up for a shoulder replacement. The surgery and recovery went great. While there for the check, he also drained my knee and provided a cortisone shot. Walked out,, better than I walked in! Bravo to Dr. Pepe and the friendly staff at Rothman in EHT, NJ.

Easy conversation and caring efficient visit

I found Dr. Pepe to be a very skilled Orthopedic Surgeon. He was personable, thorough, gentle, professional and spoke in terms that I easily understood. He made eye contact while speaking, not only with me but to my husband as well. I was referred to him due the need of a reverse total shoulder replacement, which as I understand, can be a complex surgical procedure, and should be done by someone who does more than a few each year. I felt comfortable in my decision to have chosen him for my particular needs.

Dr Pepe has an excellent bedside manner and makes sure you understand everything before you leave his office. I will always reccomend him.

Dr. Pepe operated on my shoulder to repair my rotator cuff. He was an excellent doctor and extremely informative and patient. He was not eager to operate. He first attempt physical therapy and gave me injections to relieve the pain then decided surgery was the last recourse. His office staff was excellent and extremely helpful.
