Every visit the staff go above and beyond for my father, no other clinic will do what these ladies to from him! Dr. Pugh is the best Electrophysiology in SD! I wouldn’t trust any other Dr to care for my father. Thank you so much Dr. Pugh and team!

My dad is 82 years old with a myriad of health problems. He tends to be independent, stubborn and highly distrusting of most health professionals. When we took him to be examined by Dr. Pugh, it was one of the few times my dad actually enjoyed the visit and left feeling informed and optimistic. Dr. Pugh and his entire staff were very professional while at the same time being very personable to both my mom and dad. After a thorough examination, Dr. Pugh took the time to explain to my dad what he had discovered, and what his personal recommendations were. He also gave my dad other options for treatment, and told him whatever my dad decided is how they would proceed. My dad mentioned that he appreciated the time and care Dr. Pugh took to explain everything and also to answer all of the questions he and my mom had. As I mentioned, my dad has several health issues and sees a few different doctors, but Dr. Pugh is the only one that he doesn't go kicking and screaming (figuratively speaking of course)to go see. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Pugh and his staff. They have made a very difficult situation much easier to handle and understand because they care enough to take the time to treat my family like their very own. Dr. Pugh and his staff are very attentive and professional. He has great bedside manners, you never have to wait long for an appointment, the waiting room or for a call back. He explains all details and is well verse in his line of profession. The quality of service he provides is what all doctors should strive to be along with his compassionate staff that always leave you feeling confident knowing the information provided. I highly recommend Dr. Pugh for any cardiac electrophysiologic (my father has a pacemaker) necessities. Dr. Pugh and his staff are very attentive and professional. This clinic is not respected because of the employees who work in it, because they lie to the patient during the appointment times and do not give clear messages to the patient because of the staff’s recklessness .

The clinic’s employees are not qualified to work in this place. They have to enter an education course on how to respect patients, respect their appointments and how to talk to them. I don’t know if the doctor knows that or not?

Dr Pugh and his staff are amazing! Dr. Pugh is a very busy man, and for good reason. The quality of his work is outstanding! His skill as a surgeon is unbelievable! I am very lucky to have found him.

Dr. Matthew Pugh, Electropgisiologist and cardiologist, in my humble opinion is a roll model for other doctors. He is compassionate. He listens to you. He looks for cures instead of the bandaid or the pill. He is focus. He is very humble. He always friendly. He answers the phone like right now, 4:23sm.

10 stars if possible. Love the Dr and his whole team. Office is not fancy but they get the job done so very well. Dr Pugh did a terrific job on my ablation and with my treatment overall. His staff is tremendous. The highest of recommendations!

Excellent Doctor. Caring. He listens to you. Just be careful with booking appointments as numerous times we have made appoints and they said it was two hours ago or its is tomorrow instead of today. Get a card with a time and date on it for accountability. We will no longer be making appointments over the phone as the person who we say we made it with totally denied making it......So, again, great Doctor.....not so great front office staff. One of the best doctor with a good sense of humor. Very caring and passionate. He did pacemaker and ablation to my grandmother and she was fine ever since then. Office staff are nice as well.
