I recently saw this doctor and experience was not good first the nurse when she was scanning my bladder she was doing it really bad all the way on my stomach and of course shows that I have an empty bladder even though I had about 150 ml when I urinate. Second , The doctor didn’t even give me the chance to tell him my complete history and everything that I’ve been through he immediately told me that I needed physical therapy. Perhaps I also need that but I doubt that this is the cause of having abnormal urine test results . How come having protein , WBC , is caused by having pelvic floor tightness???? I will not go back to this doctor . He seems to put everything in one basket when I clearly have Chronic Inflammation on my bladder. So I encountered this poor excuse for a Dr at St Charles Hospital. I was directed there to receive treatment for COVID. After the 5 hour process of being triaged, registered, and Hooked up to an IV and injected with saline, Dr Rutman tells me I’m not a candidate for receiving the monoclonal antibody treatment; despite the fact I’m obese, have high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol and liver enzymes. The best part, was listening to him tell the 74 year old woman laying next to me with a brain tumor removal that she was also not a candidate to receive the treatment. Ever encounter someone who just finds the need to rule out reason and common sense because they work in a miserable job, with miserable hours, but have the power to be contrary? Oh the best part was the perfectly healthy nurse who inserted the IV into my arm telling me that he has already received this treatment twice.

REVOLTING IN EVERY WAY! The most arrogant, repugnant individual currently allowed to practice medicine. See a vet instead!

This doctor missed a bladder cancer diagnosis by doing the most cursory cystoscopy imaginable. This hack insisted on a procedure that did nothing and went on to verbally attack me in his office when I got upset that after 6 months I still could not void. He’s the worst doctor I’ve ever had the misfortune of seeing. Go at your own risk. There are others far more competent. Dr Rutman was exceptional! Great ER doctor, I wish he had a practice I could go to on the outside

He was referred to me by a good friend. I went for my appointment and was totally impressed with his level of candor and knowledge. He is extremely friendly and personable. I highly recommend him.
