Everything was great but doctors need to get rid of this time consuming pre-check in form. There must be one where you can check multiple boxes rather than answer. One question at a time. I have a Doctor Who has that and it’s much better.

Great doctor. My husband got good results with his rotator cuff surgery.

Dr Siskosky has always been fantastic. He's done meniscectomies on both my knees (2017 and 2020) which allowed me to get back to the tennis and golf that I love. Now I've come to him for my shoulder issues and with his guidance and some physical therapy, I'm feeling better. He never pushed me for surgery, instead working for what's best for me. I'm grateful to have him as my ortho.

Another successful surgery! Thank you to both Dr. Siskosky and his wonderful assistant nurse Mary! The list of other leading surgeons share this same building such as Dr Jacobson (spine) so if you need help, this is the one stop shop for anything Orthopaedic. Kudos to the rest of the office as they’re also very pleasant and professional!

Dr. Siskosky gave me a straight forward review of my complaint. He offered reasonable options for next steps and let me decide which option to choose. The appointment was efficient and effective.

Doctor Siskosky was very intuitive about my medical problem, he immediately set me up for an MRI that should have been done months ago. Doctor Sinkosky, spend ample time with me moving on quickly to the next step. He's one of the finest Orthopedic Doctors in practice today.

Dr Siskosky is very personable, he listened to all my concerns and we came up with a plan, to get my shoulder back to working with pain.

I left a previous surgeon because of his personality & went to find another surgeon. I'm so glad that I went with my instincts. Dr Siskosky has excellent bed side manners & is a wonderful surgeon! I was told that I wouldn't find a surgeon that was personable. Well I did! He explains things well & takes his time with you. Thank you, Dr Siskosky for your excellent care! I'm very happy with the work that you've done.

I’ve had two significant surgeries with Dr. Siskoski, both in 2022. My experience has been exceptional! Doctor S and his staff in Royal Oak and at the surgical center have been excellent! I appreciate that Dr S is honest, direct, quite thorough and I like that he cares about my outcome! He takes adequate time with me and I’m regaining my mobility as I had hoped. I’m very satisfied with all aspects of this relationship. And I’m deeply grateful to be getting my ‘life’ back!

They’re great

Dr. Matthew Siskosky easy very kind and up front with my rotator cuff information. He was quick to the point but he Listened to me. When I described my pain. Surgery was quick , smooth and so was my recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Siskosky!

I believe Dr. Siskosky is one of the best surgeons at a practice of great surgeons. He answers questions and is conservative in his approach to surgery which I really appreciate. Highly skillled, very personable and someone I think I can discuss my issues with openly.

Matthew Siskosky is a great surgeon. I've unfortunately had some bad luck with some freak accidents and he since has been my Dr/surgeon for my shoulder off and on for the past 10 years. He is very right to the point and an honest guy. I wouldn't prefer to see anyone else. I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Siskosky since 2008, he has operated on my shoulder and my knee. He takes time to explain everything and both of my procedures i had minimal pain and recovered quickly. I have recommend a few of my friends to him and they have had the same outcome. The office is very slow with your paperwork and you have to call several times to get it done, if it wasn't for that i would have given him 5 stars. After a long wait and dealing with the lazy receptionist I got an x-ray by the only capable and caring person there. Then I meet the Dr. - he seemed annoyed that I was there to get a 2nd opinion. Did a very brief “exam” and told me to come see him again after my MRI. 2 minutes with the doc. I spent 30 min doing paperwork, waited over an hour and the dude didn’t care I was in pain and offer no help at all. I am amazed this place is even open. Go elsewhere! I have been very disappointed with this doctor. At my first appointment, he seemed to not take my shoulder pain very serious and not interested in helping me. He recommended physical therapy and nothing else. I called back and requested to have an MRI done. It took a week for them to get back to me and they seemed annoyed again. I finally got an MRI scheduled and went to the appointment only to find out the doctor never got a preauthorization with my insurance so they canceled my appointment. Here I am a month later dealing with this doctor and still no help with my shoulder pain. I have been very disappointed with this doctor. Yes long wait. 1 hour in waiting room . Thought he was pleasant enough. MRI suggested to find out the pain in the shoulder. That was expected.. Didn't feel rushed. Answered my questions.

Rude and long wait times . Very disappointed . Looking for another doctor to look at my daughters knee because he was useless and rude

Excellent shoulder doctor. Was informative, patient and took time to FULLY explain our son’s injury and surgery procedure. HIGHLY recommend!

I will agree that the receptionist was rude, both in Dr. Siskosky's office and the office on the first floor. However, Dr. Siskosky was great with my daughter. This was our first visit and we will be back to his office next week to go over the MRI results. Hopefully our next visit is a good experience as well.

My husband had great experiences, he used the Dr for knee and shoulder surgery. Is patient and thorough in his explanation of diagnosis.

Didn’t get past the rude appointment lady on the phone, decided to just go elsewhere.

I waited over one hour to see the doctor. He spent five minutes with me and had a very poor bedside manner. He didn’t want to do any x rays or further testing for my pain. Said he doesn’t know much about hip replacements and said he is more sports medicine

This doctor is TERRIBLE! He saw my daughter for a knee issue and after waiting 1 hr., 10 min., he proceeded to tell her to swim or ride a bike and ice her knee. Didn't go into any detail, didn't give any other instruction other than basic instructions (I gave her more medical advice than he did!) and then told her she was overweight. My daughter is very strong & active (gym, walks daily, active job) and telling her this was totally the WRONG diagnosis AND completely off the mark. WASTE OF TIME

Had surgery on right knee. He did a great job. He's a no b.s. type of guy. Got right to the issues at hand.

I was very pleased with Dr. Siskosky. The reviews, were not accurate for me. Dr. is polite, caring, and his bedside manner is excellent. His education is superior and I felt very confident in his care.

Terrible, rude staff, very long wait times (1-2 hours). Rude person, short. One of my worst medical experiences ever.

This review is for my mother, who saw Dr. Siskosky a few weeks ago and was very disappointed with her consultation. He sighed repeatedly according to her giving her the impression that he was disinterested in discussing her knee injuries. Following her visit, we both tried calling his office (I am a chiropractic doctor in Chicago) to ask him some follow up questions that my mother forgot to ask and he never returned our calls. His front office either never gave him the messages or he didn't want to return our calls, but either way, I wouldn't recommend scheduling an appointment with him. He is not professional and was disrespectful in not returning our calls. Hope this review helps people find a different orthopedist when making a decision about your health.
