Waited THREE YEARS to see them for them to tell me that they know nothing!!!!!!!!! They were totally incompetent and basically spent 90 minutes saying that genetics testing only can confirm things like down syndrome. These were imposters, didn't listen, and left me with a "hopeless" message about how I'd always be sick and never get better. Which, you know, they have no way of knowing, considering they didn't even look at my file.

Dr.Taylor did not spend any time in the visit, only came at the end and for less than 10 minutes. He did not explain ANYTHING. Barely spoke to us. Despite reason to test and a recommendation to test by a Rhumetologist he didn’t even offer or say he didn’t have a reason to. He just stated it could be a few things, but didn’t actually spend time to even tell us a diagnosis. We waited a week for him to update our profile to find out.

Dr. Taylor provided excellent care! He spent so much time explaining my options and diagnosis. He was kind, patient, and direct with both my wife and me. I feel very confident in his ability to manage my diagnosis process and future monitoring.

My rheumatologist suggested I seek testing for Adult Onset Mitochondrial Disease and for EDS hypermobility type. My PCP wanted to narrow down the list of things to test for genetically, hence the appointment with Dr. Taylor. After nearly a year waiting, we showed up, only to find that this doctor never read anything from my other doctors. In fact, he didn't even know what paperwork/tests he had received, despite asking for all of this to be sent to him. He was very unprofessional.
