I really don't understand any bad reviews. Probably competitors. I've visited 3 times and Dr Wilson is great. My appointment was at 12. I came 10 minutes early. I got a thorough exam and great treatment and was finished by 12:20, which was perfect. I was able to get an eye exam and eat lunch during my lunch break. I highly recommend. A down to earth eye doctor that tells you how it is.

love him... been there since he opened.

Love Dr. Wilson, but his office staff is horrible. I have been trying to get my husband in to see Dr. Wilson and every time they say I don't have any dependents on my insurance when I do. When I call my insurance company and ask what the problem is, they tell me they will have to call the retail service center to verify. The ladies said we can't call to verify benefits, we can only do online verification. Pure laziness. Love Dr. Wilson, but his office staff is horrible. Dr Wilson is a great eye Doctor, but his staff is so rude and hateful... Id rather go elsewhere than to deal with them.

Dr. Wilson has been taking care of my family and I for years. You will not find a better optometrist and team anywhere. It is obvious that Dr. Wilson cares about what he does and cares about his patients and their needs.

This place is very well put together, the doctor was wonderful and extremely informative, however..The two women who work at the front desk I had an issue with. From the second i walked in there i was not acknowledged standing at the counter and finally she looked up from her paperwork and said "I will be with you in a second". I did not think much of this so I smiled and said no problem. I guess I was supposed to sit down until she was ready for me because she commenced to having an attitude with me the entire time she helped me. She got up to go to the back and while I was waiting I asked the other lady if she needed a copy of my insurance card or any information. Before I could finish my sentence she said "We have that on file already, you can take a seat." Not a smile, not a hello...You would think these girls just hated their jobs and seemed to treat everyone like they did not have time, and they were too good to waste their breath or even look you in the eye. I went back to see the doctor and came out. I had been fitted for glasses and contacts and was told on the phone that it would be of no cost to me. When I went to the desk to get my prescriptions I was told it would be $45 and that my insurance did not cover it. She then went on to argue with me about what she told me over the phone, when I verified with her over the phone that it would be no cost to me, making sure I understood correctly and wouldn't be surprised when I got there. Needless to say I did not have the money and asked her what i could do. She said "Well you just wont get you prescription to day until you pay us the $45" Then she grabbed the paper off of the counter as fast as she could it slammed it down on her desk, treating me like I was going to grab it real quick and run off with it! I have never in my life been treated the way these women treated me, it disgusting and completely uncalled for. I will not be giving these people my money. I will go somewhere else and do it all over again before i go back there. This is all unfortunate as the Doctor is extremely nice and personable, nothing like his office assistants. So my husband is a new contact patient today was supplied onky 1 week, but no RX and follow up 2 Weeks later due to vacation. As a contact user it is just wrong to have a new user wear them for 6 days, go without them for 8 days and have to start all over getting his eyes adjusted again! Not to mention the receptionist is so very rude!

My son had his vision test done today and he loved how friendly dr. Wilson was. I was happy because it only costs $78 for glasses prescription. Definitely would recommend this place.

Dr. Wilson's staff is great! They are great with my kids, and have the best attitude! He also is very personable, and takes his time explaining my dry eyes and my contact lenses. He even has contacts that let me ditch my cheater readers! No glasses!

What a great doctor and an awesome place. Very thorough and fast. Had me in and out on my lunch hour and even completed a 3-D scan of my eyes! Highly recommend this gentleman and his great team.
