Dr chow listened to my concerns and became my biggest advocate

I've been a patient of Dr. May Chow for over 30 years. My last encounter with her was due to an extreme skin condition which was affecting my quality of life. She immediately put me on a successful path to relief, for which I'm eternally grateful. Her extensive knowledge and compassionate bedside manner are consistently outstanding. Thank you, Dr. Chow!

I had what she labeled as acne and treated me. I was confused after a short time because to ME this didn’t seem to be acne!ive been a patient for over 15 years and I felt I wasnt being medically treated or looked at thoroughly and have never had my skin scanned! A few years ago being fed up with breakouts all over my body for years, she finally asked if I was itchy. YES! Oh, you have eczema! (Really??!! Ya think?!) she’s gotten a bit rude and I was loyal for far too long to have been largtdismissef and then spoken to rudely! I’m firing her! Time for a new dermatologist, one who’d better be thorough and competent and professional!!

I was seen by Dr. Chow yesterday for a few skin problems. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr Chow took time to address all my concerns and was not rushed. She made sure I understood the treatment plan and printed.out the instructions. I would highly recommend Dr. Chow.

Dr. Chow is a very professional doctor who has a great eye at enhancing the natural beauty of people. She's a very knowledgeable Dermatologist. She's takes her time and is always friendly. The office is always clean and comfortable, and she's always on time. I highly recommend her to everyone.

DR. M. CROW IS VERY PROFESSIONAL , WISE & CAREING... GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR??

I love Dr. Chow! I've been a patient of her's for almost 10 years. I struggled with adult acne and she was finally the doctor who cleared my skin! She didn't give up on me, worked hard to find a solution to my acne and now I have beautiful, clear skin that actually gets complimented on! She is a friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful, and fun doctor. I enjoy seeing her. Her staff is always friendly, as well.

I have been seeing Dr. May Chow for years and was always happy with her as my dermatologist until recently. I saw Dr. Chow 4/11 and she informed me that my insurance was no longer accepted, she refilled a couple prescriptions to tide me over and basically said goodbye. I was shocked! I called my insurance company 4/12 & they said they DO still provide coverage for Dr. Chow's facility. I waited 2 months to see Dr. Chow & then when I did, I didn't get treatment! I don't want to see her again!

When I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient, I was fortunate enough to get in the next morning. I had developed a rash. Dr. Chow listened to my explanation, examined the area, also did a full body scan, and then I she sat down next to her computer as she went over everything. She printed this information out and I went over it with her. She gave me several samples to use so I wouldn't have to pay for an expensive prescription. She was patient, professional, and thorough.

I was misdiagnosed, no full body check was done, my concerns were brushed off. All in all, a bad experience.

Well just called and woooowwwww what a rude receptionist. I was looking for a dermatologist but guess not going here.
