Doctor prescribed the wrong medicine by mistake so my mail-in pharmacy mailed it to my wife and of cause charged us $225. Then doctor said it was a mistake and prescribed the right meds, so they mailed the right one and there was another $200+ charge. Pharmacies do not take any returns of cause, so doctor said to bring back receipt and they will reimbursed us. We brought the receipts and after not hearing from them for 2 month my wife called. She spoke to someone name Kaitlin. That person was very nasty, rude, was screaming of the phone and flat out saying “you are not getting your money back” My wife then spoke to manager Nancy Sisch, who was also very rude and said that they will not refund the money. They even said that it’s been over 2 month ago so it’s too long. Well, if you don’t pay you bill for over 2 month they will be sure to send it to collection, but when they owe you then after 2 months they consider it too long and will not refund. Terrible place.

Dr. Sedani is a caring Dr. She is very kind and listens to you about your problems.

This place is just a very big chaotic mess. The doctor, the nurse, and the staff do not work together properly, and as a result, the place is a train wreck. One person tells you one thing, and then another person tells you another thing, and in the end, you are just wasting your time, money, and energy. Even when you show up to your appointment on time, they will still make you wait for a very long time. I needed to get a TB test done, and they said they ran out of the vaccine! I just need one piece of paper from them, and God knows how long I'm gonna wait for that. If you need something done from them, you might as well give up now, because it is not going to be done correctly, or in the time you need it in. The nurse, Lorraine has a very bad attitude and acts like she doesn't have time for you, she won't even return a simple 'hello'. The staff makes so many mistakes and they do not know what they are doing at all, I don't know how they still have patients. I would not recommend this

I've had Dr. M Sedani as my primary care physician for 13yrs and that the only Dr. who seem listen to and understand my needs. I brought my entire family to Dr, Sedani for treatment and they all comfortable with her and she care about the family as a Dr. I would strongly recommend her to other family and friends.

I would not recommend this office. While Dr. Sedani is great her office staff is horribly unorganized. The wait times alone are ridiculous but then to get physical forms it takes days then when you go in to pick them up you have to wait 45 mins because they can't seem to either know where they are or find out they haven't even filled them out yet. It's ridiculous and bc of the chaos in the office my family will be finding a new doctor asap! She's never in the office on Fridays and vacations alot

She doesn't care about her patients, its all about money. No more ,

She is a great doctor I have been going to her for years she spends a very long time talking to you and she actually cares about her patients I highly recommend her

She doesn't actually care about her patients. The office staff is a circus. I only went to her because her husband is a phenomenal pulmonologist. She doesn't care about her patients or their conditions and spends very little time with them. Curt, rude and unprofessional. Will be looking for a new doctor ASAP.
