What can one say that has not been said countless times already? Have had two procedures done at Periocare with Dr. Gadhia and staff and have had complete success. I am very impressed with Dr Gadhia and his practice. They were very thorough and took the time to explain the options and pro’s and con’s to me. Dental surgery is a big deal so I really appreciate him explaining things so I could understand. Last, he is pragmatic and does what is best for his patient. In my case, I have a bridge and was considering tooth implants. After hearing my story and evaluating x-rays, he recommended a course of action that didn’t involve surgery or implants. It is a better option for me and so I appreciate that he took my well being over the profit of doing the surgery that I was prepared mentally to do. I would recommend PerioCare without hesitation. I have been a patient of Dr. Gadhia over the past few years. I am getting dental implants and as you can imagine it's a process. Dr. Gadhia and his staff is AWESOME! I had to get bone grafting and a sinus lift done so far and I'm so impressed that I haven't had to endure much pain or swelling during these visits. The price for implants is a little pricey, but they work with you especially if you need multiple things done like myself. Again thank you for the great service, making me feel comfortable, and explaining each procedure in detail. I cant wait to see the final SMILE next year before my BIG wedding day in April. It has been 24 hours since my procedure and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Periocare. Dr. Gadhia and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I went in for a dental implant and ended up having to have a bone graft done instead, with the implant procedure pushed out to next year after the graft heals. While it wasn't the best news to wake up to, I had been made aware that this was a possibility. I am just happy that Dr. Gadhia made the decision to do the graft as I trust his judgement 100%. I am happy to report that I have absolutely zero pain today because I am following the medication protocol that the office sent me home with. I highly recommend going to Periocare if you are in need of an implant, they will take wonderful care of you! First and foremost - Dr. Gadhia gets 5 stars hands down! He is fantastic! This review however is based solely on the billing department. The month prior to my initial surgery, I was given what my out of pocket costs were prior to going through with the surgery by Darcy. This was paid on my first surgery the following month (after I was told by Darcy the day before my surgery, that insurance would NOT cover the first portion - thank you for the 24 hour notice). Imagine my surprise when I went back for the 2nd part of the surgery and I was told I had to pay $1,000. What?!? That isn't what you told me in January. Or on the day before my surgery in February. Oh well is basically what I was told by Darcy. So. I was supposed to go back today for the 3rd portion of this procedure. Guess what?!? There is a balance of $384.20 because all my insurance paid did not cover the cost of the full fee. So let me get this straight Darcy. You sat my mother and I down in January to go over the finance plan. And I signed a document that stated my out of pocket amount would be a certain amount that was paid on the morning of my first surgery and has since been so much more than that. If I could give negative stars I would for the simple reason that Darcy flat out lied to me, not once, not twice but THREE times now. So I have had to cancel my appointment. And will have to wait until next year to finish out this damn process because apparently everything left this calendar year (including a cleaning) will be out of pocket.
