Mei Huang

I was a patient with Dr. Huang for 3 years. She takes a little to get used to, but overall is kind and listens. Her staff is another matter entirely. They are incompetent on a good day. They lose files, call the wrong people for important information, and are unprofessional. I really wish she would get a great assistant and then her practice can improve dramatically. I switched to another Dr. in the same network because I just got tired of all the drama.

had colon and stomach scope 4/19/22 not just Dr but the whole staff was great I was inform of everything they were going to do the whole time the colon or stomach scope was no pain before or after and Dr came in to let me know the finding and what she had done.thank you to Dr Huang for making me as ease with everything

I had a bad experience with her assistant, Matthew Telmer. I arrived at address 70 suite 201, actually early for appt. It is under construction and no info on where he's located. I drove around complex looking for address and stopped at main BJC to ask. The gentleman had no.info on NP Telmer. Finally i tried bldg.3 and was slightly late, waited 20.mins to be told to reschedule. He must have missed class on common sense & kindness in med school. Rate this office zero, and they never answer phone. I called multiple times while I was lost, just a recording. Dont use this office. I'm calling hospital board about rude treatment . Wish I could make it a zero. Not only is this doctor extremely dismissive and unwilling to listen to your needs, the office staff never answers their phones or return calls. It was because of this office that I was over 8 weeks late getting medicine for my IBD, causing me to go out of remission. I am upset that I wasted my time with this doctor and hope that I can save someone else the tears and stress that I went through. Wish I could make it a zero. If there were zero stars I would give zero stars to her. She was extremely and attentive and very callous, The entirety of my past BJC Experiences.
