I was quite impressed with the speed and thoroughness of my visit. And truly I received personal care and that’s what I look for in a clinic.

Very, very disappointed with this physician and the results of my injections. Zero recourse save law suit. $1200 for fillers that exacerbate the problem. 2nd opinion: it may take a year for this physician’s “expertise” to dissolve and my face return to normal!

Highly recommend this office! Entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Saw the nurse practitioner, could not have been more pleased with him. Great demeanor and extremely helpful. Fantastic office!

I've been going to Dr. Haynes for almost 20 years. She is attentive and listens to my questions and takes the time I need to explain what she finds. If I don't understand the medical lingo, she will tell me in layman's terms.

Not a fan. Have tried to give her the benefit of the doubt over several years, but always walk away disappointed every time. My last visit was the worse yet. She has never been friendly and always seems to stay for as little time as possible, which makes it difficult to discuss things that you meant to bring up. This last visit happened to be on a Friday afternoon. I had a facial biopsy and she did not seem interested in talking to me when asking her questions, but was quick to talk over me during the procedure to her assistant about her upcoming plans. Nothing better than feeling like you aren’t even there while you are being cut on. What made it worse, is I was told they would send an RX to my pharmacy of a cream I needed to start using right away. After getting to the pharmacy, found out it was never sent or called in so now I have nothing to use for three days. There was no option to leave a message at the office after hours to see if it could be resolved before Monday. I guess they were more interested in getting their weekend started than finishing their job with me. This is the final straw I’m not going back.

I usually hate going to the doctor but, I really like this place. The staff is friendly and the forms were easy. I have been to dermatologist before and they are always upselling but not this place. They offered me reasonable solutions and pricing is fair. When i needed a refill it was one call and no hoops to jump through. Big fan of this place. Wish more doctors were like them. Dr Haynes is a wonderful Dermatologist!! I have been going to her for many years!! She is caring and a great doctor who is very competent in what she does. Her staff is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dr Haynes to all my family and friends!!!

Omg!!! I love Howard! He is so knowledgeable. He diagnosed me with a skin condition that other Drs could not, They guessed at it. And they were wrong all of them. Even went to the ED, and they didn't know. Anyway he diagnosed me with something called "lichen planus" I wound up having to go to the head of dermatology in Tampa! I had to go to treatment 3 times a week! For several months. Stand in a booth with UV lights! But it worked . I would Highly recommend this place. He is awesome!!! And he talks to you so that you understands what he's saying. Go see him I promise you won't regret it. They are great Omg!!! I love Howard! He is so knowledgeable. Don't go here. They will do anything for money. Not honest or knowledgeable. Not personable and cold. They don't care about you and are not informative. Get a second opinion because they will do a procedure on you that you don't need. Don't let the look of the office fool you.

Very nice place, everyone is warm and friendly. Doctors are knowledgeable and do a thorough examination.

Always extremely professional & knowledgeable. By far the best in my experience for routine dermatology.

Dr Howard is great I have been coming here for a couple years now. Very fair especially since I don't have insurance. I've always left with answers and I've always been happy

Absolutely the best dermatology! The office staff is so friendly, caring and efficient. I recommend to all of my friends and family! Howard Hirschfield fixed my skin problem 2 other derms could not. I will not go anywhere else!

I'm so lucky I found this place. I wanted to see a dermatologist today, so I found a few dermatologists in the area and visited each location, trying to get an appointment. This clinic was by far the busiest, yet they were the only ones willing to work me in. The environment was just phenomenal, from the office staff, to the assistants, and finally the doctors. The dermatologist I saw diagnosed me with extreme confidence, but he still took pictures of my skin and texted them to Dr. Haynes (who wasn't in that day) to get her opinion. I just really like the way these guys conduct themselves; they're very competent (in my case, they took a biopsy, gave me an injection, and gave me a non-rushed consultation) and they're very compassionate.
