Dr. Melissa Howard Fries

I don't know about Dr. Fries, but her front desk staff is awful. I had a referral from my primary care physician for Dr. Fries, but the front desk lady was on a power trip and would not allow me to make an appointment because my reason for seeing Dr. Fries wasn't good enough I guess. I kept telling her that I was referred after getting an abnormal pap result, but she insisted that I go back to my doctor to get another reason. I looked on Dr. Fries' website and it says she treats abnormal pap so I don't understand what was up with that lady. FYI treating someone who is worried sick because they're unsure what is happening to them like this is really trash. Do better!

Not satisfied with Dr. Fries' responsiveness to follow-up on issues after the visit.

I arrived early and even saw the patient ahead of me finish her appointment 5 min before mine. I was confident Dr Fries was going to be a doctor that stays on time. NOPE. Waited and waited and waited. Thirty minutes later she decided to see me. I pay to see a doctor on time. Patients should get a discount for the longer they wait to make up for the lost wages at work because of the doctor's inability to stay on schedule. Also it was a nightmare just to make an appointment with Dr Fries.

Dr. Fries'expertise make you feel comfortable. She is able to give advice on various concerns through out the pregnancy.
