She didn't take seriously the symptoms I was describing to her. Instead she just wanted to do a hearing test right away. Called a week later to tell her assistant my condition was unchanged an didn't receive a call back. I had to call the office again.

Dr. Hertler is just a fantastic doctor. She is very knowledgable, caring, and thorough. She actively listens to the concerns of her patients to make sure they are aware, knowledgeable, and comfortable. She is truly a "doctor" (teacher). I recommend her highly.

My daughter and I went in for sinusitis and face pain. Was seen by a PA who didn't listen to a word we said, then insisted on testing us for allergies "to rule them out", despite histories of having none. Still have no allergies and got a bill for $900 each. Visit was useless and a waste of money.

Dr. Hertler provides a high level of patient care and takes the time to know her patient. She is an excellent caregiver and an intelligent well trained physician. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Hertler to friends and associates.

I highly recommend Dr. Hertler and Alliance ENT for their comfortable office and friendly staff. I go in regularly for my allergies and have always had a short wait time and a pleasant experience.

I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment and I arrived at 8:45 a.m. to complete paperwork. I was kept waiting until 9:35 a.m. Once Dr. Hertler did come into the examination room, she did not examine me, but instead explained I would need testing although the technician could not accommodate me that day and I would have to reschedule another appointment. What a waste of time! Then she sent me a bill for $306.00. I felt robbed.
