I can't say enough about Dr. Mortensen-Welch. I recently had surgery in AMC with Dr. Mortensen. Dr. Mortensen will ask your concerns, let you know your options and discuss them and the out come of the procedure. She is a great listener and shows compassion to your medical issue. Dr. Mortensen is very pleasant to talk to. She has patience, no matter how many calls or question you have. Dr. Mortensen-Welch, took the time to ask my son, if he had any question for her about his mother surgery. My surgery out come was great and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Dr. Melissa Mortensen-Welch for one, working the front line and second for being you and your compassion,
My husband recently had nasal surgery with Dr. Mortensen and we were very pleased with her skills as a surgeon and her bedside manner. I would highly recommend her.
After arriving at 2:33 for a 2:30 appt - we were asked to fill out paper work and made to wait until 2:55 - only to be told the doctor refused to see us as we were 15 minutes late. Their system had our appt as 2:15. I tried explaining my daughter is away at college, rescheduling is not easy. The Dr still refused to see us. After asking why we were asked to complete a packet of forms and wait for 25 minutes rather than being turned away upon arrival we were told they had many patients to check in
