Dr. Melody Mendiola

I have seen Dr. Mendiola for years now. Very professional and extremely thorough. Genuinely cares for your health.

Insightful & worth any time waiting. She spent her time making sure to address all of my concerns and worked with me on a plan of care that was with my health at the core. Doctors like Dr. Mendiola are like a diamond to find.

Dr. Mendiola always takes her time to make me feel heard. She listens and takes my comfort into consideration rather than posturing to know my body better than me like many other doctors I've experienced. She makes a personal connection and shows real compassion.

Is too busy on computer to even make eye contact. Practices based on test results only. Does not do an exam. Would not recommend.

Annual exam appointment yesterday, disappointed that after the long wait at the end of the day for 425 appointment, she barely had time to read through the history list in one sentence asking me if I had any issues. I have never felt so uncared about. I Tried calling to get test results, on hold a while and transferred around until the office is closed. I hope to get better help tomorrow and talk with the office manager
