Cluttered office, malfunctioning x-ray machine, unprofessional staff, and a rusty exam chair. The one desk staffer, dressed to impress in sweat clothes, had to hold the plug of the x-ray machine into the wall socket. She had to do the scan twice. Mr. Blake is a skilled man but with zero investment in the practice, I think its time to wrap it up.

My daughter was scheduled for the extraction of 8 baby teeth today. They had an anesthesiologist there to sedate her. We show up to the appointment (Dr. Blake was 30min late) & told they can't perform the extraction b/c they aren't permitted to sedate young children using IV meds in an office. I was furious b/c we specifically scheduled the sedation with them. They could give no reason why they were figuring out this important bit of info the moment the surgery was supposed to occur!!
