We were refer to this office by a dental surgeon, after one week of calling them, they indicated that needed medical documentation about the case. Dr. Kohan is one of the best Infectious Disease doctors in the area. He is very knowledgeable , best diagnostician , quickly implements the plan of care . Thank god for Dr. Kohan!!! I tested positive for Coronavirus and was progressively having more breathing issues and getting worse. I got referred to Dr. Kohan and heard he was the best infectious disease Doctor in Florida. He got me right into the hospital, he told me step by step what his Coronavirus protocol was. He visited me everyday and answered any texts I had while I was in the hospital. His protocol worked perfectly for me, and I feel great. Thanks to Dr. Kohan's protocol and patient education I survived coronavirus . I would highly recommend Dr. Kohan to anyone that needs his help. Dr. Robert Stein

There is so much truth to the prior reviews. The excellent reviews are done as personal favors to these doctors due to the several poor reviews by most people. Sadly, this company is a place that’s hired some of the most incompetent people with the doctors at the helm. Also, don’t expect for the staff to answer the phone and/or return your phone call. Oh, beware of anyone with a PICC line as the office does not have a RN or MD pulling the line! I’ve been in the clinical area and witnessed the “nurse” Tessa pull a PICC line. What’s the issue? She’s not an RN and it is against the law for her to do so. I’ve reported this and other issues to the State and hopefully they’ll look into this promptly. Choose another doctor! Excellent doctor. All the the doctors are knowledgeable, compassionate and very accurate in their diagnosis and treatment. Great group. I have known them for years and admire and trust them. I am neither a relative or a paid for review. I am proud to be their patient. I am in excellent hands

Doesn’t know patient history, when trying to ask questions he cut you off. Lousy bedside manners. Appointment changed without consulting us and then can’t reach anyone but a recording when trying to change appointment. Left multiple messages and didn’t receive a call back. Asked for a manager and also had to leave a message.

This consultant office is the worst of all worst. I don't know how it is still in business. Every time I go there I got a new bill. The service sucks. Even the doctors suck. They are never in the office and never return calls. The staff have there head up there ass all day long ding nothing. Not one nurse in this place knows how to wrap a toe or a foot. This company should be closed. If some thing ever happen to me again I would never return to this company, I would rather die then deal with all the BS these people put me through. There is no communication in the place. No one ever answer the phones and when the do they will put you on hold and then hang up on you. As of now I am looking for a lawyer to inspect this place and close it down. The whole entire staff should be fired and sent back to school. Worst doctor I have ever met . Was in Coral Springs hospital for a week with an unknown illness and this doctor made me feel worse . He didn't listen to anything my family and I said and ignored our concerns . We kept asking to him run a specific test and he denied it with a smug remark and was really arrogant rude and not professional at all. He had an attitude like he thought he was better than everyone . Turns out after my hospital discharge another doctor ran the blood test we asked him to do and it came back positive which explained why I was feeling so ill . Thanks to this doctor (kohan) I could of ended up severely ill and possibly die from the systemic candida infection that I had . He should not be allowed to hold a practice until he learns how to respect his patients and listen to them Worst doctor I have ever met . Dr. Kohan was by far the best and most kind doctor I have ever seen. He made me feel good about myself and the visit.

He saved my life by diagnosing and treating Lyme Disease that went into my muscles and bone with intravenous antibiotics for 6 weeks, after 3 other specialists told me to take over the counter medications! Thank you, Dr. Kohan, for giving me back my life!

The business Infectious Disease Consultants in Coral Springs may have good doctors but the doctors have poor patient relations and care in my experience. They did not answer my messages, leaving me hanging, and not knowing what to do. Even one of my other doctors gave an indication that they have trouble getting in contact with them. For peace of mind if you have a choice that is not an emergency you might want to look elsewhere so that you don't run into communication issues in my opinion.

Very poor patient care. More concerned with covering his own butt than actually treating a patient. Refused vital care during IV antibiotic therapy that resulted in an antibiotic overdose and an extreme life threatening skin disorder. His total disregard for accepted patient treatment and ongoing blood tests to prevent an overload of prescribed IV antibiotics led to a week long stay at one hospital and a transfer to another hospital to get away from his recklessness.
