My husband had a surgery by Dr. Baghai and from the very first visit to the final checkup she was very professional, thorough and caring! We felt taken care of and guided by her capable hands! His surgery went smoothly without a hitch and he is a happy customer! His incision healed beautifully after a week! Kuddos to you Dr. Baghai ! I also want to point out that her office secretary was very efficient in organizing and taking care of all the details for the surgery! My visit was exceptional, informative and awesome!!!

Worst part: she forgot to instruct me on what to do with my bandages and that's one of the reasons i was desperately trying to contact her. I was very upset when our scheduled follow-up came around a week and half later and i told her that because i wasn't able to contact her, i didn't remove the bandages and she had the audacity to say, "ooo, well hopefully they're not infected..." Seriously?!? If she cared enough to simply call me back then maybe i wouldn't be at risk for an infection or have so much anxiety and concern. I'm very upset and to this day i had other things come up after our follow-up call and still NO CALL BACK. It is very difficult to get ahold of her or even her office because they have limited office hours. She had told me at the hospital to call her anytime if i have questions or concerns (which I did, of course). Well, I called many times and NEVER heard back. I ended up going to my primary doctor because I was desperate. Way to care about your patients...

Dr. Baghai is the best caring person she did great job on my belley she take care my belley problem l was very happy with her work .
