Prompt, clean, knowledgeable, and caring doctor!

Excellent communications with front desk staff. Almost no wait at appointment. Gorgeous facilities with friendly people. Easy Parking right there and Dr Haushalter is an awesome dermatologist; very thorough, straightforward, no nonsense and excellent treatment.

She’ is amazing doctor. I love the environment in her office I will highly recommend it and I will come back 100% certify. Thank you so much Dr Mercedes Gonzalez

camilla is the worst ever customer service in this office!!! i took a day off for my kids ( and school too) and the doctor is in vacation!!! worst experience on the phone and at the office! this lady is very arrogant and nasty and don't want to arrange customers. stay away. i can not speak about the doctor, didn t have the opportunity to meet her bc of the lake organisation of this camilla. But if the doctor is like the office , not good, very bad. Maybe camilla forget that we are customer and not just a number.

Dr. Haushalter is just amazing. She is just so sweet and helpful. She listens so thoroughly to all of my concerns and that is so appreciated. She is so wonderful that when she had left her old location where I was getting treated at, I went online to find her, she is that great. She brings so much light when she walks into the room! The staff is also very nice and welcoming. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

Dr Haushalter is knowledgeable and a joy to have as a dr. My son and I see her regularly with very different conditions and her diagnostics and treatments have always been in step with latest research and expertly accommodated to our needs. It’s a pleasure to visit this office where the staff seems to be happy to be there and make you feel like you are the most important patient while you are there. Thank you!

We’ve been going to Dr. Gonzalez for a few years now. Eczema requires long-term management and we’ve seen the improvement along the way along with how to maintain it.

I am an adult patient and Doctor Kristin Haushalter was my dermatologist yesterday. She was absolutely wonderful! Dr. Haushalter is caring, extremely competent, explaining everything as she proceeded. She answered all my questions and she took plenty of time with me. I never felt hurried. Dr. Mercedes is phenomenal with our baby! We've been taking our daughter there since she was 5 months. We switched to Dr. Gonzalez because she had a plan to remove our baby's infected area then recommend products to maintain her skin. She has helped alleviate her eczema and flare ups. She gives detailed instructions and makes sure we have our prescriptions refilled. Front desk and check out process are always a breeze with the two ladies. She is disgusting physician who cares about money and has no interest is anything but filling her bank account. She would send my daughter repeatedly to a careless nurse practitioner Monica who did nothing but hurt my child. Stay away!!!!

My niece who had severe acne made the horrible mistake of going to the doctor. She couldn’t not care less about the kids and simply is there to bill as much as possible to the parents/insurance company. She relies upon a nurse who has no idea what she is doing and my niece ended up with a horrible fungal infection because they kept throwing antibiotics at her as she got worse and worse. The fungal infection became worse than the acne They have absolutely no clue how to treat acne. Stay away!!!

Loved Dr. González and her staff. They were all very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything very well. Best of all, there wasn’t a long wait and the office is nicely set up and clean. They were efficient and made our visit effortless. We drove from Broward and the visit was definitely worth the drive.

I went in to get a wart removed from my finger. My appointment was on time the doctor was quick And she explained The procedure that she was going to do on the finger and what to expect afterwards. The office staff was very helpful and I’m scheduled to go back in a couple weeks.

Dr. Gonzalez is a complete disgrace to the medicol profession. My family member relied upon her for treatment for her acne and not only does she send all her cases to an untrained nurse (Monica Mato) but generates visit after visit with no care for the children. She does not care anything but to generate more money and refuses to even address the child’s needs. I urge anyone to stay away from this horrible doctor who is selfish’ uncaring and thinks it is ok to send all her patients to Monica who has no idea how to treat serious acne patients .

My son has been seen Dr Gonzalez since birth. She went above and beyond to help diagnose my son’s rare skin condition. Now she sees him periodically to make sure everything is stable. She is a wonderful person and physician. Her office runs very smoothly as well.

The lady that makes appointments and takes payments needs to improve her customer service attitude. She needs to understand that she is not doing a favor, she is providing a service for which customers (us patients) are paying for.
