Dr. Bag took my case out of the kindness of his heart. It has not been an easy urologic issue to solve, but he remains committed to helping restore my health. He is a very knowledgeable, compassionate practitioner. His staff is busy, but also knowledgeable and responsive. We are so fortunate, and blessed to have him and his team practicing in the El Paso community.

Dr. Bagg did emergency surgery for an abstructed right kidney stone and did another surgery for left kidney to take out 6 stones. He is great doctor. The staff is caring. Thank God for Dr Bagg

Would like to thank Dr. Bagg for the knowledgeable and compassionate manner in which he took care of my mother who is 82 years old. My mother had a kidney removed that was encompassed by a tumor, the surgery was intense, nerve racking, and emotional for our family, however, Dr. Bagg's professionalism, expertise, and assuring words helped provide the family and my mother with the most positive outcome. Dr. Bagg is the best. He twice saved my life when I had cancer, once from kidney cancer, and again from prostate cancer. Dr. Bagg is patient, listens and then decides the appropriate treatment. Always confident. Urolift went great.

Dr. Bagg is a doctor who listens and determines the best way to remedy. Confident in his decisions which is very important trait that makes the patient feel comfortable with a resulting treatment. Highly recommended. Urolift procedure went great.

Front desk personnel is the worst ever. Cocky and non caring, they should not use the current pandemic as an excuse. Reflects very negative towards the doctors that operate that urology service.

He's very knowledgeable of urology. Explains in detail what your symptoms are and explains alternate options.

Dr. Bagg is a life saver. He aborted a kidney stone extraction before it even started when the patient (my relative) dropped heart rate and later discovered further cardiovascular problems. He puts patients safety first

I had cystoscopy/ TURP Surgery (Roto Rooter) by Dr. Michael Bagg on January 28,2019. I had an enlarged prostate....frequent and difficult urination, couldn't empty the bladder. Its been about 10 months since the surgery. I now sleep all night. I pee like a teenager. what a difference at age 71. This surgery has changed my life. Believe me, it works. Dr. Bagg has been taking excellent care of my father for years. His staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this doctor and staff. They have taken great care of my father.

His extreme knowledge in this field has resulted in successful removable of a non functioning kidney thru a laparoscopic procedure, prostate size reduction thru medication and other minor urinary problems. Went in to get a Vasectomy with Dr. Bagg. He is a highly skilled physician! The reviews about him having horrible bed side manner is far from the truth. He was very caring and had a good sense of humor! If I can trust him to snip snip my you know what? you can too!

Worst doctor I have ever come across. I definitely wouldn't recommend this Dr. to anyone. Very dry and has no time to explain nor takes the time to answer any questions. I had surgery March 4 2019 I had a mass on my right kidney. I had surgery to remove my kidney which was a malign tumor.Dr. Baggs explained to me and my wife what needed to be done. Dr. Baggs explained my condition and he answered my questions and my wife's questions . No hurries at all from him. He got to the point and explained what needed to be done. After six weeks and two post appointments he explained that I'm doing good and ready to go back to work....I appreciate Dr. Baggs for his professionalism and for taking care of me....I recommend Dr. Baggs . Was recommended to Dr. Bagg by both medical professionals & friends. Took care of my surgery in conjunction with another surgeon for my specific case. Did a good job with surgery. No complaints here. Thank You Dr. Bagg!

I was not even able to schedule an appointment because receptionist could not decide whether or not the doctor would be able to take me as a patient. She stated "The doctors get real mad if the patient does not have a referral." I was under the impression PPO did not need referrals. According to the person scheduling appointments they do or doctors get mad. She had to put me on hold to see if she could go ahead and schedule me. Then returned and said "no she could not schedule me." Apparently these doctors do not have time for diagnosing. They want other doctors to do the leg work for them. So Sad!!!

After another doctor found an absolutely huge tumor on my left kidney on July 21, 2017, I was referred to Dr. Bagg who saw us within a couple of days and by August 21st, exactly one month later, I was having surgery. Dr. Bagg was very attentive, very professional. He gave me every attention I needed including his time, his ear in listening to my questions and those of my family. I continue to see him and do so with total confidence in the quality of medical care I am receiving. He saved my life!

Went to Er on a Saturday/Sunday but was out of state, dr said get in to see dr ASAP called dr bagg Monday, Was in great deal of pain with kidney stone went in office Tuesday had first surgery Wednesday morning to place first stent to get some relief! Then laser with basket to remove the large stone later. Thank you! Now to just to trying to build a house with my body lol

Arragont, rude, & repugnant little man. Had no time to answer my father's questions. He's office staff is completely and utterly incompetent. They sit on paper work for weeks on end. I would not recommend this man to anyone.

This is the worst doctor I have ever met, he is arrogant, rude and totally unprofessional! DOES NOT DESERVE 1 STAR!!! Will be seeing a new doctor...do yourself a favor and don't waste your time...he had no time to answer my questions when I went with my 76yr old father who lost a kidney to this so called doctor.

(7-11-2017) Been going to Dr. Bagg since April 2015 after changing from Dr. Hani Anabi (separate practice). I've never had a problem here other than my insurance takes Quest, not Labcorp. You better call to make sure the person to draw blood is in! EDIT: today a person fell out of their wheelchair coming in so the entrance is not good for wheelchairs! Dr Michael Bagg has been my doctor for over 7 years. He called me himself when he had a cancellation, as it was after hours on a Friday. He is Very Professional and Cares about his patients. He follows up with his patients. He requests only the tests that are necessary. Thank you Dr Bagg for being So Caring and Wonderful.

Dr. Bagg is an exceptional Doctor. He performed a life threatening surgery on me when I was diagnosed with Stage 4 bladder & prostate Cancer. He has been taking care of me since,(2014) without fail. Dr Bagg was very helpful to me. I relocated to El Paso from the east coast with a history of urological issues. He understood my past history of treatment and was able to keep me on the same treatment plan which was successful for me. He had a good bedside manor and was very well versed. However, it is very hard to reach him or his tech & nurses. The office staff did not seem helpful, pleasant, caring or understand any sense of urgency.

I had a very horrible experience with Dr. Michael Bagg. His medical assistant, Rashad was very rude. He lost my urine sample, did not take my vitals and was trying to take my temperature as I was walking out of the exam room. He did not fill out the correct sonogram order form to take to the hospital. The doctor was not very helpful or knowledgable either. He ordrered several tests only to find out what he was looking for could not be seen in the sonogram. He kept walking in and out of the room as if my appointment was not important to him. I have never been to a doctor where the doctor didn't seem to care or help take care of the issue at hand. He was very distant and not very empathetic. Huge disappointment. I was a first time patient this past week. Dr. Bagg was not very helpful and made me go to hospital to get about four test all to come back and see him the next day and tell me he can't see what he was looking for on the sonogram. I would not reccommend this doctor to anyone! He was very cold and trying to determine my pain level by the way I look. I was very disappointed with his male medical assistant. He was very rude and didn't take my vitals, he was taking my temperature as I was walking
