This place is great! I was terrified, and the staff was very understanding of my condition. Dr. Boyczuk was running behind my scheduled appointment time, but apologized as soon as he entered the exam room. He is very laid-back, with an awesome sense of humor, which helped put me at ease. I was very concerned that the novocaine hadn't reached full effect because I could still feel the front part of my mouth, but that was just the precision he had with the injections. I swear he was able to hit only the nerves connected to the tooth I needed removed, and no other nerves in my mouth were affected. A few hours after my appointment, Dr. Boyczuk called me and left a voice mail (I forgot to turn my ringer back on when I left there) to see how I was and told me not to hesitate to call the office if any problems should arise. I thought it was amazing that I got a call at all, and I was very impressed it was made by the surgeon, himself. The offices and waiting areas were clean, quiet, and stocked with an abundance of neatly arranged periodicals. The staff was knowledgable and pleasant. While I hope I don't need more dental procedures in the future, I know where I'll be going if any are necessary. This place is great! The correct teeth were ripped out. All things considered, it was as pleasant as it could be.

Physician was excellent however office staff is very rude. I called to check on my bill and the girl kept cutting me off, I felt very hurried & she was very rude in her tone. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD TREAT SOMEONE BETTER WHO WAS TRYING TO MAKE SURE THEIR BILL WAS PAID.
