Dr. Michael J Bunda

Dr Bunda was the most arrogant and unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. Please do not waste your time here. Awful place. He had not even read by test results and records. He was no help at all. Awful doctor. Staff is rude as well

Firstly, I was quite nervous. I’ve been having some anxiety about my blood pressure issues feeling breathless , when I switch to chair, he looked at me and said, can you get back on the table he was not very nice. He seem to be in a sour foul mood. he seemed not to listen to anything. I was saying I think I’m anxious and have anxiety but have never been diagnosed , he said to me when you said you have anxiety with an attitude. Then he complains that I was late to the appointment , took my blood pressure manually and said “that’s a good blood pressure” , made some notes and basically left the room. I would never see him again he did not listen to what I had to tell him and I don’t recommend him to anyone.

Worse STAFF I have Every had to deal with! Dr. Bunda's nurse/assistant is Always Extremely Rude. When you contradict with Information that is Fact/Truth/In Writing she getting even Worse. "That's not what I said" or "I didn't say you said that" Really? So I'm I hard of hearing now also? The front desk staff act as if your bothering them instead of facing the fact that it's their job to assist patients. Also What Doctor out there (Other than This One) Demands and won't see if Unless you sit in his waiting room for 30 minutes Before you scheduled appointment Example they Assign you the appointment time of 1:30 you are Required to be there at 1 p.m or will Not be seen. I have been the care giver for 3 adult siblings, my mother and 3 children and myself - That is a LOT of doctors/staff. Never Like this! Worse STAFF I have Every had to deal with! My husband went to this location as it was close to home, boy was that a mistake! The visit went fine but the doctor requested blood work and the order was not ready when we left and the office staff said it would be put on the portal. Well, it wasn't. I called and was told multiple things, all conflicting. I was transferred to at least 4 people who each said something different. The doctor also prescribed new medication for my husband and after a few weeks was having problems with it so I called the office. The nurse, Fran, did not contact us back until I called a second time. She has been rude each time I talked to her and no one there seems to know what they are doing!! The office manager, Cynthia could only say she was sorry. Changes need to be made! We will not be going back to that office as they do not know what they are doing and are very incompetent. Dr Bunda is very knowledgeable. The The Front Office Staff leaves a lot to be desired.. Talks really Fast about my next Follow up appointment. NOT REALLY CLEAR ABOUT Next procedure. Needed lab work.. etc. So that I was confused. .Was prescribed new meds. I was not advised to keep taking CURRENT medication so haven't been taking previous medication for about month in half . Have never been given PRINT OUT OF DOCTOR'S CONSULTATION. ONLY RECEIPT OF CO PAY.

I drove to the office for a follow up appointment... only to be told by the receptionist that since my results were normal I didn't need to see the doctor. I had taken off work for this appointment. I never got any answers and it would've been helpful to talk to the doctor about what my next step should be or even just some explanation or really anything. In my experience, I did not feel cared for here and would recommend others to be mindful and aware. My 77 year old mother went to the emergency room with very low blood pressure due to anxiety so he took her off the blood pressure meds that she’s been on for thirty years and have her a water pill for high blood pressure and sent her home. She went back to the hospital within 12 hours for dehydration and high blood pressure. We were not told that the new medication was a water pill. The next doctor that saw her in the hospital said he doesn’t understand why the heart specialist does this.
